We rented this property because it was pet friendly and close to Old Town. The pictures of the decks were enticing to us desert dwellers.The layout of the property and furnishings were great for our needs, but in need of some cleaning. We were excited to use the upper deck but disappointed when we discovered that they had not been readied for guests. The large umbrella(which would have been more useful on the lower deck), was laying down in the walkway and impeding the access to plug in the unplugged patio lights. The fire pit had a large dirty cover on that did not fit it and the seating was wet and dirty. The lower deck needed to be washed down and furniture should have been cleaned prior to our arrival. My white shirt was soiled when I sat down the first night in the dark and hadn’t noticed the condition of the furniture.When I reached out for assistance to Stacy, she was condescending and dismissive, and seemed as though I needed to take care of it myself or be inconvenienced by their team coming back.Anytime a property management team tells you “we’re sorry that this didn’t meet your expectations”, beware. They are deflecting from their own responsibility. There is also a stalled construction project in front of the property that is not disclosed in the listing.Overall, nice community with plenty of other rentals available. I personally will not stay at another property managed by this company due to the lack of integrity and professionalism they showed us.
