the room was clean and fairly quiet despite its busy location! Downtown was walk-able and the location was surrounded by all sorts of amenities, and there was no trouble finding parking on the side street. We did utilize the chilled water that was ready for us in the fridge and it was a little questionable, but other than that we had a great time!

Room was very clean and in a great location. The windows are extremely outdated and should be replaced. The unit is on a busier street, so you hear everything through the window. Cold winter air was coming through. There are some sort of motion detectora/sensors in the room above the bed that look like a fire alarm/smoke detector. If you (or your partner) move at all while lying in bed, the motion lights turn on (green/red). Not bright, but still annoying. Between the motion sensor lights and the poor window, we could not sleep at all.

Centrally located and close to Old Town. Room was clean and bed was very comfortable. Very grateful the room has AC, since it was over 100F while we there. Will definitely be staying again next time we are in Fort Collins.

My stay was great! It was a perfect location for visiting CSU and close to lots of food and shops downtown. Devon was very helpful, communicative and responded to questions quickly. Coffee was restocked everyday, which was great. Check in and check out were very smooth.
