"Beautifully restored hotel in the heart of Fort Collins. So many things to see and do downtown so this was a perfect location. King room was large and comfortable with great amenities. Would stay here again."

"Disappointed after I read reviews. The employees were nice however we mentioned the trash by front door was overflowing on our second day there.By day 4 it was spilling on the ground. Breakfast was good it just needs to be filled more often. Pool looked nice until you got closer it had things floating on top. .Close to highway. Room was spacious."

"I really thought the hotel was nice. The food was good for dinner, and it was close to CSU for my dog, who unfortunately has cancer. I felt really good about it. My dog was not upset in there at all. The rooms are very quiet. I would definitely stay here again if we need to."

"Very attractive room and newly renovated property. We felt very safe staying at this location. It is Acroos the street from Colorado State University campus. We were able to walk around with convenience and ease. The restaurant on site was very good. We really enjoyed our stay. Staff directed us to other nearby sites."
