"This basically a bed and breakfast with each of the 5 rooms having private bath and TV. Hot water was just warm and took some time to get hot water to bath. Hot breakfast was excellent and there are nice views from screened patio off kitchen. Shared living area has nice seating and dining area. All rooms up flight of stairs. Located next to Clayton Water Tours. Free water tour if more than 2 night stay."
