"Overall, this was a very good stay. The hotel was clean, the room was comfortable and the staff was wonderful from check-in through checkout. Everyone I interacted with was friendly, helpful and made the stay feel easy. Breakfast was also good and added real value to the stay. It was convenient, well-stocked and a nice way to start the day without having to leave the hotel right away. Between the staff, cleanliness and location, there was a lot to like. The only real downside was the room noise. The walls between rooms are incredibly thin, and I could easily hear neighbors talking at normal speaking levels. That made it harder to fully relax, especially in the evening. I would still recommend the hotel because the staff and overall experience were great, but light sleepers should be aware that noise between rooms may be an issue."

"The room was very clean and updated, received clean towels the next day without asking. The property was clean and kept nice in a safe neighborhood with excellent restaurants nearby and also hiking trail. I wish we did have a microwave in our room but did have a fridge. Overall an awesome place to stay for a Motel 6."

"LivAway Suites Missoula was honestly one of the best values we found on our trip from Oregon to South Dakota. The building and rooms are very clean, modern, quiet, and thoughtfully designed, especially for an extended stay. It feels much nicer than the price suggests, and I can see why the longer-stay model works so well here. The only real problem we had was checking in through the kiosk because we booked through Expedia. Expedia had supplied a placeholder phone number and a long generated email address, and the kiosk would not accept the reservation until I figured out that both needed to be changed to my actual information. The overnight assistance number also went to voicemail, so that part was frustrating and definitely needs a smoother solution. Possibly a side note added for those who booked through a portal. Once we got checked in, though, the stay itself was excellent. The room was comfortable, the property was surprisingly quiet for such a large building, and the self-service concept is very well done. The staff I did interact with were friendly and helpful. I would absolutely stay here again, and in fact wish there was another like it for our next hotel stay. It’s a newer kind of hotel experience and takes a little getting used to, but for the price, cleanliness, room quality, and overall setup, I think LivAway is doing something really good here."

"Very clean and newly furnished. Although the unit is in the basement of the owner’s home, it still offers sufficient privacy. You can faintly hear the family upstairs close doors, flush toilet, etc but not totally bothersome. There are two bedrooms with a queen bed in each, beds and pillows are comfortable. The third option is an air mattress (not a pull out couch), therefore the post was just a tad misleading as we didn’t anticipate having to air up the bed. We got in late and didn’t want to wake the family upstairs so one of us just slept on the couch. It was fine otherwise. I would definitely recommend."
