  • A newly built home with all amenities, just 4 miles from Confluence. Designed as an eventual retirement home, it is comfortable and uses space wisely. Its 3 bedrooms and 2 full baths (with a walk-in shower for the master bathroom) provides sleeping for 6. The living area and kitchen boast modern appliances and all amenities. The house is pet-friendly, located at the base of a rarely used road into State Game Land 271. It combines a rural setting with easy access to numerous 4-season activities.

This property is a hidden gem. Waterfalls and springs on the property and nearby. Green Road running adjacent to the property is more like a wide hiking trail with tons of wildlife. The house is brand new with a lovely porch front and back. Very comfortable with brand new appliances, fully stocked kitchen with spices and everything you would need for baking or cooking. We had a wonderful stay and wished we had more time. Thank you Audrey for your fantastic hospitality as well! Very much recommend.
