"Very convenient to access on bottom floor. My family has booked this unit along with the 3rd floor Mrs. Margaret has in the same complex. Our family is expanding and it works well to book both units and keep our families close, but still have our own unit. Host is a pleasure to work with. We will be coming back."

"We have stayed in this unit several times and have never been dissapointed. Mrs. Margaret has an additional unit in this complex that we have started booking both of them together since my son's family is growing and we use the space to spread out, but have everybody fairly close. Mrs. Margaret is an easy host to book with. We will be back soon."

"Great property with very responsive owners! The only slight “knock” I would give is the bedrooms, particularly the master, can get quite warm during the summer as the A/C does not circulate as well in there. Other than that, all positives about the place!"

"The host has a great space. My party of 4 had a good relaxing time. This was what we needed for a time away from the midwest. We watched the sunrise twice over the beautiful beach. We had access to pools and bikes....it was reeaaaallly affordable, clean along with a smooth checkin and check out. This unit being within a gated community also provided the extra sense of security. And me having to make a mad dash to the store 5 mins away late at night was a plus. Would come again if the host would have us!"

"We really enjoyed our stay! The condo was clean and comfortable, and the host was so responsive and accommodating. We decided last minute to extend our stay by another night, and we appreciated their flexibility in making it happen for us!We rented bikes for the week and loved having access to miles of nearby bike trails and riding them along the coast. The pools were always clean and refreshing in the heat, and Fish Haul Beach was a quick and easy walk when we wanted somewhere quiet and peaceful. We enjoyed sitting on the dock at night and watching storms over the water.Such a fun, relaxing week and we’d definitely stay again!"

"Condo has recently been renovated and well maintained. Had everything we needed and lots of extras - soaps, detergent, beach wagon, chairs and toys. Beach was very quiet and a great place for nature watching, but our family preferred to do beach days at one of the public beaches. It was a short 10 minute drive and several others close by."

"Owner doesn’t really communicate. So didn’t know about new parking fee and some condo issues. Could have been cleaner, bathroom and kitchen dirty when checking in. The only unit I’ve seen a bug in. Still a beautiful location, no need to stay in the room much anyway. The location of the condo makes up for the rest."
