"We were staying for a long wedding weekend and needed some beach time and relaxation. Beach access was perfect with so much to explore as tide rolled out. Condo had every amenity we needed to snack and make light meals. Two full bathrooms provided perfect separation for a couple and space to get ready. Laundry is a must and brand new washer and dryer were easy to use. Owner supplied enough to/soap/shampoo/pods/detergents/coffee for our 4 day stay. Bed was very comfy! Everything was extremely clean upon arrival. Thank you so much for sharing your property with us! "

"Property was dirty. Bottles and trash on roads. Tub had a broken drain plug that didn’t stop the water so had to leave water running while bathing kiddo. Downstairs people smoked cigs and weed multiple times called 3 times and all they did was give them a curtesy call. This continued over the 3 days with no offer to switch rooms. Overall property maintenance is lacking grounds could be kept much cleaner. Maintenance guy has plenty of time on his phone since we could watch him just hang out in the golf cart for hours in his phone while we were in the balcony"

"This condominium is in an old building. The floors are old and not level & the doors stick. The grout in the master bath shower needs to be replaced. That’s the only negatives. Everything else about the place was wonderful. We stayed there for 28 days and had a fantastic experience. It’s a short walk to a great beach. The grounds and the swimming pools are well taken care of."

"We had such a great stay at this place. The complex was great, and as described. This unit is in a building that is closest to the water, so only a short walk to the water. There's a nice pier so if you have trouble walking on sand, that's helpful. It was nice and quiet in the complex and in our building. There are 3 pools to choose from, 2 outdoor and 1 indoor (along with a hot tub and sauna). The unit suited our needs well. I cooked some while I was there. Bring your own spices if you plan to cook (I did). There's not even salt and pepper there. But I anticipated this - and was fine with this as it's better than having old spices. There are a good set of pots to cook with. This unit is on the third and top floor, which meant no loud walkers above us. The decor was cute and ocean themed. We loved the screened in porch overlooking the pond with a water feature, which sounded lovely and relaxing. The beds were comfortable. I gave it 4/5 stars because it's a bit dated. But we didn't mind. Margaret was responsive in her communication - which was great! All in all, I'd definitely recommend this place and would absolutely stay again. :)."

"We enjoyed out stay at this property despite the weather. We were able to get away from home for a few days for some r & r. We had to leave early because of a family emergency and the host was very understanding. We will reconsider staying here again if we find ourselves returning to Hilton Head Island."
