  • AMAZING LOCATION SALT WATER POOL & RESORT STYLE BACKYARD! ONLY A 2 MINUTE WALK TO BEACH NO BIG ROADS TO CROSS. Located in the residential neighborhood of Lauderdale Beach in Fort Lauderdale. POOL-relaxing waterfall & sun shelf, outdoor furniture, & a grill. INSIDE-Casper mattresses, open floor plan, large dining room table, air hockey table. AREA-short walk to restaurants & bars. Short drive to Lauderdale by the Sea, Hugh Birch State Park (nature trails & water activities) & Las Olas Blvd /Downtown Fort Lauderdale.

    Bedroom 3: 1 king and 1 single bed . Bathroom located next to the room. Bathroom has a tub/shower.

    Open floor plan. Dining room table that seats 8 and air hockey table. All stainless steel appliances in the kitchen. Washer and Dryer in laundry room. All hurricane windows and doors. Heating of the pool is available for $20 a day October-April. We have a safety pool fence for children. Let us know if you need it.

    Parking - in driveway and additional paved spot in front of the house.

    PROVIDED - bikes, beach chairs, beach umbrellas, beach towels, cooler, beach cart, snorkel gear, yoga mat, lawn games, and board games, books. Detailed suggestion list of where to eat and what to do.
    FOR KIDS - safety pool fence as needed, kids beach and sand toys, beach wagon, 2 pack and plays, high chair, baby bath, toddler table and chairs, toddler bumpers for beds.
    ALSO PROVIDED - linens, towels, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, soap, dish washing detergent, laundry detergent, trash bags, paper towels, toilet paper, kitchen has blender, regular coffee pot and single use Keurig coffee pods

This house was just as pictured and an amazing stay for my family. The host was extremely responsive and the home was equipped with baby gear which made traveling here easy. I would highly recommend this home, my family cannot wait to come back!

This is our second visit to this home, we absolutely adore it! It is perfect for a families needs, balancing the beach and pool time. The location is steps away from the beach. A new Publix opened in walking distance yet the neighborhood is private and residential. I would highly recommend!

Great property, and host! Very convenient to walk, bike and to the beach! Will for sure be back! Pool and back yard is so fun to entertain we never even went to dinner out.

Perfect family getaway

We absolutely loved this home. It was immaculately clean and had everything we could’ve asked for, especially when traveling with young children. Our kids loved the pool, beach toys, and their special bedroom with bunk beds (complete with toddler bumpers!). The location was amazing, walkable to a beautiful beach. Rachel and Ari were fantastic hosts, very kind and helpful, and quick to respond to our questions. We would choose to stay here again and again!

Rented this for a family vacation and everything was amazing. Great location to a nice, quiet public beach with everything needed including a wagon to help transport. The sunrise was stunning from the beach. The host was so wonderful sharing helpful information, and the response time was immediate. The house was clean & pool was amazing. We just spent a week at this home. It is cute, cozy and comfortable! The owners are fantastics and responsive. Truly 150 steps from the beach, nestled in a quiet area with plenty of options for dinner if you want to venture out. Loved having all our beach necessities included too. Amazing stay

I saw all the glowing reviews and couldn’t believe a place was that awesome BUT I was wrong. Super clean, cute and charming. Pool was amazing, neighborhood was perfect. Family escapade

Geogeous and well-appointed house! We are a family with 5 adults and we were very comfortable with the three bedrooms and open-concept living area. Very close to the beach and all the beach equipment you can think of. Our host Rachel quickly replied to any questions we had. 100% would recommend to friends and family.

Wonderful property and host

I can’t say enough good things about the property and host. First off, the host was able to accommodate our booking with less than 24 hours notice as we had found ourselves without lodging due to unforeseen circumstances. Secondly, the property itself was fantastic, as it was clean, well organized, and had everything a family of 6 would need for both fun and relaxation. The highlight of the stay was the pool (with waterfall), and very short walk/proximity to the beach (less than a block away). Everything required for a day at the beach was available at the property (umbrellas, chairs, wagon, etc.). Overall, a great stay!

This house is amazing. It has everything you could ever want. Bikes, sand toys, chairs, umbrellas, coolers and even a wagon to pull everything in. There are tons of beach towels and the kitchen has everything you could need too. The pool was fantastic and the proximity to the beach can’t be beat. Perfect Place to Spend Time with Friends

The house was clean and ready for us when we arrived. It was helpful to have the additional kid items and fence around the pool when traveling with a 1yr old. We traveled with friends and there was plenty of room for everyone. The property managers were very easy to get ahold of and answered any questions we had. It was close to the beach and had multiple dinning options near by. They had bikes, boogie boards, chairs and umbrellas in the garage if you needed them. They also had plenty of floats for the pool.

Perfect Vacation Home

We loved our stay. Owners communicated so quickly with any questions we had. This house was perfect for us - having three little kiddos with us we utilized the security fence around the pool. Distance to beach was so close - and the house was equipped with everything we needed for our beach days. The owner also provided pack n plays for the two littles, and offered bed bumpers if needed. We LOVED everything about our stay here and have recommended it to other friends and family members that may be considering a similar trip. 5 Stars for the owners and for this home.

We were so happy with our stay, the posting is accurate to the property and amenities. It was ideal for us, two families with young children (kids room together). They had everything needed for young kids, and the fence around the pool was amazing, it really let us relax while letting the kids roam around. The beach is really close, and they had all the carts/towels/chairs needed. Toys (both indoor and beach/pool toys were great! Ordering groceries via delivery app was helpful so we could spend more time at the beach/pool.

The perfect vacation

We have just had a week staying in this house. There were 4 adults and a 1 year old and a toddler. The house is perfect … the pool was fenced, the children’s toys are of a high quality, there were pool floats suitable for all ages, cribs, high chair, children’s table etc . We couldn’t have asked for more. The 3 bedrooms are roomy, beds are comfortable, there’s plenty of storage and great ensuites. Everything in the house made the week a very easy week of relaxing and spending time with family.

Beach Vacation to Remember!

Our adult family gathered from around the country to spend Thanksgiving together. We were so close the beach that I could take morning walks before the others woke up! Beach wagon, chairs and toys were so helpful. Plenty of beach towels to use at beach or pool. We payed extra to heat the pool in November and it was well-worth it. This is the best part of Lauderdale Beach- quiet and away from high rises. The layout was perfect with many living areas in and out but also large bedrooms to escape if needed. Extra propane for the grill was so thoughtful. I definitely want go back! Thank you for the hospitality.

Perfect Family Beach House!

Book this property! We stayed for a week in June of 2024. The house is absolutely perfect for families, even infants. The backyard is a dream, the house has everything you need in it and more. The garage is loaded with toys, strollers, bikes, etc. Even a water table!! Just bring your clothes and get groceries. The beach is steps away, without crossing any busy streets. We never had a problem finding any room on the beach. The beach was clean and quiet. As a parent, the convenience, safety, location, and accommodations of this property are unmatched to other VRBOs we have stayed in. Rachel is the sweetest and very helpful. We look forward to coming back!!

The house was everything we expected it to be and was exactly as described .The house has everything you need for a stay by the beach,and more. There were ample towels,beach chairs,parasol,chill box and a trolley to help get you the short to the beach.The beach itself was not crowded or overlooked by tall condos. The house was well stocked with all manner of appliances and the furniture was super comfy.There is a large BBQ supplied with gas to enable you to cook outside. The pool area was brilliant with pool loungers and offered a great alternative to the the beach. Rachel responded very promptly to all my questions and made sure our check in was without fuss. All you need is to bring your clothes and be ready to chill in the Florida sun. We had a fantastic stay here and cannot recommend this property highly enough!
