Designed with comfort and relaxation in mind, our spacious home complies with City of Hollywood regulations, allowing a maximum of two occupants per bedroom. This makes our apartment perfect for:

Cozy spot with easy beach access

The hostess was amazing and responded to texts promptly. Beach access was perfect, however, many of the restaurants were at least still a couple mile walk. The condo itself was clean, well-equipped, and exactly what we needed! We would stay again!

We loved the location being steps from the beach but quiet as well. Lovely and helpful host! Great accommodations. Had everything we needed! Not to mention very clean and tidy. Oh and comfy bed! We will be back!

Great Vacation Spot!

We rented this for a 4 day weekend. It is walking distance to the beach and at the end of the Hollywood broad walk. Beach towels, chairs, and umbrella were all included. This is a great place to stay and we will definitely rent from Olga again.

Fantastic Get Away

My wife and I really enjoyed staying at the property. We enjoy running and since it is right at the south end of the boardwalk we had a nice run each day up to the north end, enjoying the view and people watching. The property is well maintained and everything worked very well. We’d definitely stay again and appreciate the interaction with our host, Olga.

Location, location, location!

Olga's place was wonderful - accurately described, very cute, lacked for literally nothing and Olga herself was the most responsive host with whom I've ever dealt. Check-in and out were a breeze. Kitchen was fully serviceable. We had everything we needed and we were 75 steps to the beach (yes, we counted). We will definitely stay here again.

Fantastic Beach Getaway

Awesome property steps from the beach. Close enough to all the broadwalk fun but far enough away for it to be quiet. Property itself was spotless with all the amenities of home. Perfect for me and my daughter! Olga is an excellent property manager who proactively communicated all the property information - which was clear and very easy to understand. Can’t wait to come back and stay again.

Great location!

This was a fantastic location for exploring Hollywood, literally steps from the beach, very quiet in spite of construction going on nearby. The instructions for check in and operating instructions were super clear, very helpful owner and great communication. I left some room spray and extra paper towels that hopefully get passed on to the next guest. My only suggestion is to allow some of the windows to open - as a visitor from the Pacific Northwest I rarely used the air conditioning but would have loved some fresh air.

Perfect Beach Getaway!

We really enjoyed our stay here. Olga was very responsive before and during our stay and provided some nice amenities (beach towels, chairs, nylon beach blanket) that made the stay very convenient. I also appreciated the dual head shower system. You never seem to get that feature in a rental! The location felt safe and it was so nice to be right on the Broadwalk and of course, the beach! The only "complaints" we have are that the window AC units run quite loud and the fire alarm in the bedroom blinks brightly. Both were a little disruptive to our sleep, but I do acknowledge that these are normal functions and may be out of the owner's control. We would definitely choose to stay here again if we return to the area in the future.

Not great for older people

Pros: close to beach, good size, clean, free parking if you have a compact car; very nice, hot shower with great water pressure; beach towels available. Cons: steps up to building are higher than regulation; no railing to hang on to unless you lean over and grab the patio gate; foam mattress not good for a heavy person (my husband is 275 lbs); only one couch to sit on in living room (one photo showed an overstuffed chair that was not there); beach chairs available are really camping chairs-not comfortable and blow over easily; mattress pad and fitted sheet kept coming off the bed; the place gets little to no sun, quite dark inside.

Had a great long weekend. Olga was super responsive, the apartment was clean and the location was perfect. It was just close enough to bars and restaurants yet just far enough to be nice and quiet. Would definitely stay again.

Absolutely Wonderful

Olga is EVERYTHING and so is the property! Clean, stocked with all of the necessities, very comfortable bed, and the cutest sheets with pockets!!! Super short walk to the beach, and 13 mins from FLL Airport! Boardwalk very nice at night! We will definitely return!

Loved this cute beach find!

Condo was just steps from the beach! Loved the quiet location. There were many food options within walking distance. It was nice to meet Olga and her family. Communication was outstanding and we look forward to coming again!

100 feet from the sand!

Easy, simple, clean, old school beach property. Towels, chairs, large umbrella provided. Condo is ground floor accessible after 5 steps. Beach is viewable from living room window. Condo located at southern end of the boardwalk. 100 steps out the front door and your on the Beach. During the week there was maybe 3 other guests on the beach in October. Groceries within 1 mile. All dining options you could image with 5 min drive. Brewery and small eats available along the boardwalk. Very quiet location. No street noise. Parking space is for compact vehicles only.

Find of a life time!

I date my Adult kids so we can reconnect with all our busy lives. so it was my sons turn so he wanted a beach get away. I looked for cheap flights and picked Miami for the best deal. Then looked for our VRBO. We booked Olga’s place. What you see in the pictures is what you get and it’s top notch. You can see the beach from the front porch and park in front of the house with a city 21.00 a week permit if you have a full size car but if not and you have a compact car then you have your own stall on the property. We rented a mustang convertible and it fit in the drive but to be honest, we could have saved a ton without it because what we were looking for was truly walking distance down the board walk. The board walk is right there before the beach and if you are walking towards the beach and turn Left down the board walk, just minutes walk away, you have all the shops, food, bars, and night life you could ask for. Thursday through Sunday 7pm to 9pm they have music bands playing in the Hollywood square free to the public. Margaritaville is down there also. Our favorite was the drinks made in pineapples and coconuts! There is No need to rent a car at this apartment because everything you want is just walking distance. If you need groceries or nights beverages you can have them delivered like our neighbor did or Uber it one day. This is closer to Fort Lauderdale Airport we found out but the drive from Miami was reasonable. The beaches were clear water and not crowded and she supplied chairs and umbrellas and towels. I slept in the bedroom that was comfortable and I didn’t wake up hurting with my fiber myalgia. My son slept on the jack knife sofa bed and he loved it also. It is not a hideabed couch. Similar to a futon but 100% better. Our host was always quick to answer questions, concerns or Information you wanted but in our case we needed help because we ran outside to help someone and forgot our phones with the code in it because we didn’t take the time to make our own rememberable code and locked ourselves out! Yep we were those people lol! She got back to us with in 5 minutes on the neighbors phone who called her and we were back in feeling embarrassed! She was awesome about it though! I am keeping her number in my phone for future visits! I promise you will love this place, so don’t worry about booking it Also it is a safe quiet neighborhood . Have fun from the Minnesota Fitzpatrick!
