Sunrise Ocean Suites - Apt w/Balcony #203

1 Bedroom apartment located in property on the beach. Apartment is part of a privately owned community. Apartment is on the 2nd floor and accessed by steps only. Apartment is a few steps down the garden path to the beach.
The space
There is a fully equipped kitchen as well as a living/dining area. A separate bedroom and bath. Bathroom has a tub/shower combination. The bed can be 2 twin beds or converted to a king bed. There is a walk-out balcony to enjoy the beautiful view of the garden and pool area. The balcony has 2 chairs, small table and a lounger. Very relaxing.
Guest access
Guests have access to the public beach. On our private beach there are loungers and cabanas for your enjoyment (cabanas in winter season only). Also for your convenience is a coin operated laundry facility. The community room is available for your enjoyment.
