OUTDOOR SPACE:
- Large, private swimming pool and outdoor patio with loungers.
-The patio has a stainless steel BBQ grill that uses propane and an outdoor dining area
(Propane tanks are available upon request for a $40 charge)

- 3 couches with a large smart TV.
- Breakfast Bar for 2

KITCHEN: Fully stocked chef’s kitchen has all top of the line appliances and features. Coffee machine, tea kettle, toaster, blender, Ice maker, cookware, glassware, dishwasher, refrigerator with filtered water dispenser, freezer, and microwave.

BEDROOMS: (4)
The Malibu House sleeps 8 guests in comfortable beds. The 4, large bedrooms all have Smart TV's.
- Pac and Play and high chair on site.
- Premium Air mattress available for a $25 delivery fee.

BATHROOMS: (3)
All bathrooms are provided with a starter set of toiletries (soap and shampoo) and plush towels. A hairdryer is also available.

INTERNET: Highspeed and wireless throughout.

GUEST ACCESS:
- This fully fenced property is yours for your private enjoyment.
- The personalized self check-in instructions will be sent three days prior to arrival.

CLEANING:
- All of our properties are professionally cleaned and sanitized up to CDC guidelines and inspected before each stay to ensure your safety.
- Starter dishwasher pods are provided
- Washer and dryer with a starter set of laundry pods provided.

LOGISTICS:
- Check-in: 4:00 PM.
- Check-out: 11:00 AM.
- An early check-in or late check-out time may be available, please inquire about availability and pricing.

TV's: All five (5) of our TV's are Smart with access to log into your favorite streaming channels.

MAINTENANCE SCHEDULE:
- Weekly Landscaping service usually on Wednesdays or Thursdays in the morning.
- Weekly Pool cleaning service usually on Mondays and Thursdays in the morning.



GARBAGE: The city of Hollywood removes garbage every Tuesday and Friday morning. We provide three garbage bins on the side of the house. We ask that you please put out any used garbage bins in the front of the driveway Monday night and Thursday night prior to collection. If you could please bring the bins back by the side of the house we would appreciate it.

PARTIES & EVENTS: We do not allow parties, receptions or events. The home is located in a residential neighborhood and local ordinances dictate no excessively loud music or noise after 10PM. This is our most important rule that can result in the termination of your reservation along with additional fees. If you have any questions regarding entertaining on the property please contact us.

PARKING: The driveway is located in front of the property and accommodates three (3) cars. Please refrain from parking on the street or on the lawn.

PETS: Pets are permitted upon request, please note, there is a $120 pet sanitation fee per pet for the duration of your stay.

PERSONAL BELONGINGS: ValGal isn’t responsible for any package delivery or personal belongings left at the property after check out.

We (6 adults and a 2 year old) stayed at Casa Malibu in February 2025. The property was as described. We found it well maintained albeit a bit dated. The property manager was accessible, responsive and courteous. We enjoyed the Miami Zoo, Hollywood Boardwalk, Yellow Green Farmers Market and the on-site private pool. We would recommend this property to other families.

Hollywood home

This was are first ever stay in a home rental. We enjoyed are home away from home. House was well kept and clean. Pool was well maintained. We would definitely stay there again.

Holiday stay

The home was very roomy. We especially loved the three full bathrooms and the multiple televisions. The house is a bit outdated and could use some repairs. We would also suggest the owner provide microwavable dishes so we could re heat food. However, the owner was extremely responsive and timely addressed all our issues.

Excellent Location

This home was the perfect location for our visit to the Fort Lauderdale / Miami area. The floor plan was ideal for our party of 6. The home needs some repairs and improvements however it fit the needs of our trip. We had an issue with the cooling system but property management answered very promptly and the issue was resolved.

Great Old Florida home.

Great old Florida home. Plenty of room for 8 of us. Kitchen was great. Definitely some wear and tear noticed on the property. Good location. Communication with the concierge is delayed but they are responsive. We spent a lot of time in the house due to flash flooding. We were safe and dry. Would stay there again.

This place was amazing. We had no issues checking in. Pool was perfect for our teen/adults. Home was fully stocked with everything needed. Towel, utensils, bedding.. everything.

Yearly Golf vacation

The property was exactly as listed. The beds were comfortable and the house was very clean. The pool was great and there was plenty of space for the 4 of us to spread out. We had a problem with one of the drains in a shower and a plumber was sent the same day. We would stay there again.

Great Getaway With Friends

This is a great base for fun things to do in Miami, Fort Lauderdale, or even for a day trip to the Keys if you’re interested. The property staff always answered when I called and were helpful. The cleaning instructions and rules were simple and easy to follow. We had a great week and will be back again!

Great location

We enjoyed our stay in Florida. The home is literally 3 minutes from beautiful Hollywood Beach. The house layout with 4 bedrooms and 3 full baths was perfect for our family of 3 couples. The baby crib in the master was extremely nice to have for our grandson. Neighborhood was quiet and we felt pretty safe during our stay. Valerie stay in contact during our stay to make sure we had what we needed.

Lovely property inm a residential neighboorhood, close to everything.

The house is just like the photos. Large living space with the bedrooms at the 4 corners so that the guests do not disturb one another. The 3 bathrooms are very convenient, each with a shower. The pool is lovely and there is a nice outdoor area as well. The house is not new but in good shape and the artwork on the walls adds to the tropical feeling. I would rent here again.

I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: overall, things went very well. The backyard and pool area wasn’t a stunning as it was in pictures, but it still served our needs. They’re only three lounge chairs and more of us wanted to lounge at once. There were a few issues, but was very responsive and sent someone out immediately to take care of them.

The house was spacious and comfortable. We did have to clean the kitchen counters and drawer handles. The floors were not mopped. The owner was responsive to our calls in a prompt time.

Great and relaxing

It was a great place, very relaxing, no issues parking or getting around. The pool was nice but the pool water seemed to be a bit stagnant, fountain was not flowing well. Anyways we really had a great time. If you are looking for a pristine high end place to stay this may not be it. Bathroom doors were hard to close and open. One of the showers were leaking. We really didn't mind. The place was spacious, had washing and drying machine, coffee maker and plenty of kitchen utensils. I would go back for sure.

Nice house in Hollywood Fl

Great location in Hollywood not far from beach, restaurants, etc. Very clean and well equipped with a functional kitchen for people who like to do some at home meals when traveling. Although we did not use the pool it looks nice. BBQ grill has no propane however. House could use some minor updates and repairs and a fresh coat of paint but it is very clean and met our needs for visiting with my elderly mother who lives in Hallandale only about 10 minute drive. Would definitely stay again. Owner does require two additional contracts to be signed but we had no problem with that. Wifi signal in and out but might have been due to stormy weather while we were there. All in all, despite stormy weather and rain, we had a good time and liked the house with 4 bedrooms to accommodate 4 adults.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Very disappointed with this property, right from the start of the booking we requested the pool heat as one of our party required a warm pool to help exercise a previous injury, we agreed to the additional cost, on arrival we noted the pool reading on the heater, the next morning it had dropped in temp, after realising there was no heat, we contacted the Valgal who promptly sent Chris round, he confirmed that the heater was not working, the owner was informed that the heater was faulty but could be replaced that afternoon, he declined to repair, other faults were the washing machine did not work correctly, it washed but did not drain, the Tv in the main lounge could only be used for streaming no free channels.Veronica and Chris from Valgal were fantastic, they acted immediately and offered an alternative property and moved us out, there is no hot tub that has become the pools fountain, owners have a responsibility to the agent to make sure that the property meets the standard advertised, it was unfair the owner putting Valgal in this position.I will defiantly rent from Valgal again just not this property, there service was first class shame about the owner.

As advertised

The property is as listed. We were with 3 couples and 1 single so it was very refreshing to see 4 king size beds, especially since we have 3 larger people and one pregnant momma. Arrival was very easy, as was check out. Laundry was outside which took a little time to find. Spa is not a hot tub and was very chilly but pool was beautiful. We did have a plumbing problem day one. We called and the maintenance team beat us to the house and we were already in the car driving back from the beach. Very impressive. Tree roots and a broken pipe was the issue. Replacement pipe was being laid the following morning, quickly and quietly. You wouldn't even know the ground was dug up if you weren't there. As for the house, it's a little worn. Definitely needs some paint, hard water clean up on bathrooms and pool. Could use some cleaning supplies such as a mop (which we bought and left) had a bottle break day one and was on our hands and knees washing the kitchen floor because there was nothing else to use. However, all said and done, we would definitely go back to stay.
