This property is outdated, unkept, and poorly maintained. Key areas of concern included stains on in room carpets, couches, and cushions; broken furniture; extremely slow elevator; inedible breakfast offering; and poor employee communication resulting in me being unable to use the TV to watch Netflix for 2 nights of a 3 night stay. This property should not carry the Hyatt brand. It was grossly underwhelming and unacceptable.
