This property is perfect for couples of all ages, families with kids, including infants, friends vacations, business trips, week-long or weekend tranquil getaways, and all year round peaceful leaving. Because some of the guests might be allergic to animals, we do not allow pets.

Fully furnished including outdoor patio, located a cross the street from the beach in Fort Lauderdale.
Sleeps 4 people. Master Bedr - king size bed. Guest Bedr - 2 twin size beds; Two 75'’ smart TVs, wifi.

Nice place

Very nice, very modern home. The pool is the perfect temp all year! The only thing I can say that threw us off was the actual location based on the location shown on the Vrbo map. It is not on the beach, but rather about a 10 min walk. Once you get to Ft Lauderdale, you realize that you really can't get a place that walks out onto the beach due to the A1A. The hotels and condos take up most of the area next to the beach. But if you want a more private setting (as we did), you really can't beat a house like this! It's a lovely, safe, "quiet" place to unwind. Thank you for allowing us to stay here. We would definitely stay again.

great rental for a nice vacation

We had a very nice relaxing vacation at this home. We loved the home design and the heater pool and backyard! Lots of random items were provided including beach gear, kitchen items snacks and even a bottle of wine, sunscreen and toiletries, lots of towels, robes etc. We loved the proximity to the beach and still be out of the way from the busy hotel area. There were even renters in the other unit but had no noise or privacy issues. The home is beautifully decorated but a little tight , especially the bathrooms. But the small bathrooms made up for it with great design, shower water pressure , and heated towel rack. The only minor issue we had (which I never let the host know during the stay) the backyard had a sun-shade hung and it was right outside the master bedroom. Due to the high wind, it constantly banged against the outside roof attachement constantly and being a light sleeper , it woke me up all night long. But could be an easy fix to tighten the shade maybe? I also wish bedrooms had ceiling fans or there was a stand fans were provided , but its only due to my sleep issues. The bed and bedding was comfortable. overall great vacation!

pretty place not well maintained for the price

No pool lights, dangerous electric outlets. I was shocked when i turned on the light in the kids room. there was glass by the pool. the place is stunning but very dangerous.

Lovely, well appointed home!

The house was immaculate, top notch furnishings and appliances. The proximity to the beach is wonderful and it is a lovely neighborhood. Enjoyed the backyard, though the pool setup is a bit awkward. Adrian and Veronica are lovely and very accessible ... will definitely return!

We came down with our two children for some relaxation- this place was perfect! High end finishes, comfortable bedding, and plenty of towels, toiletries, etc available. Everything was clean. We used the laundry on site often and the saltwater pool was fabulous. Veronica knew wed be traveling with our two kids- one is a baby, and she had all the baby gear ready to go and additionally sent some items to the house that would be useful for her (towels, baby toiletries, and extra crib sheets) The yard was great with plenty of space to play. Pool area gets lots of sun and shaded areas to sit are in the backyard. Keyless entry was also great, not needed to worry about who had the keys. Quick drive to Las Olas and used Uber easily as well. The beach is very close- we could have walked but with the kids and all the gear we drove. Lots of chairs, umbrellas, etc was provided for use on the beach which was awesome. My parents stayed in the other side of the duplex while we were there and had a similar experience. All the cleaning supplies needed were kept on hand as well. Appliances were immaculate and we enjoyed the coffee provided. Thank you for a great stay- we'd definitely return here!

Beautiful home in a quiet location

I rented this property for a week in March and crossed my fingers that the home would measure up to the gorgeous pictures in the listing. I'm happy to report that it was even nicer than what the pictures portray, in part due to the ultra-modern appliances in both the kitchen and bathrooms. The linens and towels (and robes) are of a good quality, as are the beach chairs and umbrella. It's decorated beautifully and everything in the house feels clean and new. While there is a shared pool in the backyard (which is charming), it's located directly in back of the adjoining property, which is separated by a fence, so we didn't have to worry about other tenants being present directly outside the back door at all hours (or not at all). I should mention that the bedrooms do not have TV's, which is ideal for me but may be an issue for anyone who needs it to fall asleep, like my father-in-law. An easy fix is to just bring a laptop. I highly recommend this property and would definitely book again.
