Security Deposit

The standard refundable security deposit for this property is $1,000.

Additional security deposit requirements apply in the following situations:

Reservations of 2 nights
Bookings made within 7 days of arrival
Reservations made by local residents

Additional deposit amounts:

$500 for homes with 5 bedrooms or fewer
$1,000 for homes with more than 5 bedrooms

* Commercial activities and video recording for commercial purposes are strictly prohibited on the premises.

*Upon confirmation, we will request a signed credit card authorization form along with pictures of the credit card holder`s ID for verification purposes.*

Please note that security deposits cannot be paid by credit card. Feel free to contact us before booking if you have any questions regarding the deposit requirements.
The payment of an additional $1000 security deposit will be required prior to your arrival.

Please note that failure to comply with any of house rules could lead to the loss of your security deposit.

Security deposits can`t be paid via Credit card.

Mandatory house rules:

1. No guests allowed in the home other than those included in the reservation

2. Vehicle count cannot exceed 2 cars, no vehicles are to be parked on the swale, street, or grass.

3. No excess noise throughout the day and no noise during the quiet hours of 10 pm to 8 am

4. A fee of $750 will be charged for smoking in the house as well as a charge for any damaged furniture.

5. Fireworks are not allowed.

6. Please do not change the settings on the pool equipment, if you need assistance, let us know so we can assist. If you change the settings a $500 fine will be charged.

PET OWNERS: A pet fee of $150 will be charged if you don`t clean up after your pet. This applies in open areas (patio/backyards) and inside of homes. You are responsible for delivering the property in the same condition as received.
