Modern Home with Backyard Oasis - Apres Beach Living with Pool

Your vacation destination is nestled in the heart of lovely Victoria Park, conveniently located close to the night life offered on Los Olas Boulevard ( and to the picturesque Fort Lauderdale beaches).

A modern designed house is ready to accommodate you. A tropical, backyard oasis provides a lush enclosed, private backdrop to enjoy your South Florida vacation. The secluded pool has some comfy chaise lounges to let you lay back and relax.

The open concept, single floor plan lends a warm and inviting space for your family or friends to enjoy your southern Florida get away and to make lasting memories. The peninsular counter connects the kitchen, dining, and living areas together and makes for a central place to share and enjoy the views offered by the French doors that gaze upon the inviting pool.

A few more words about the amenities…
Kitchen - equipped with cookware (pots/pans), spices and food processing appliances necessary to prepare meals; stocked with plates and flatware; stainless steel appliances (refrigerator, stove, dishwasher), coffee maker, espresso machine, glassware.

Bedrooms- Each bedroom is appointed with a Queen size bed. The master bedroom has French doors that reveal a view to the tropical backyard vista. It’s ensuite bathroom also overlooks the outdoors. The guest room overlooks the front is served by a separate bathroom.

Bathrooms- Both bathrooms are recently updated. The ensuite bathroom is marble tile floor to ceiling and it’s wet-room construction is very european in style. The guest bathroom has a modern flair with a shower/bathtub configuration.

Exterior- The patio and the tropical flora includes a teak dining table and chairs that seats 4 and is shaded by an umbrella on the deck. The outdoor grill makes outdoor cooking a pleasure. The pool and spa are nestled just beyond the patio and are exposed to plenty of Florida sunshine.

Other Amenities- Washer and gas dryer for your convenience. Cable, and WIFI included.

This property was exactly as advertised. It is a beautiful property. The backyard is your own private oasis. The owners were absolutely the easiest to work with. They accommodated us when we asked for an early check in and even let us have a late check out. We were close to everything. I would urge anyone to reserve this property. So impressed with this modern and extremely well designed property Neighbourhood very quiet and well positioned to visit lots of different places We used an Uber to get around so stress free, took us everywhere and really cheap We would definately recommend this lovely villa , immaculate and hosts communication brilliant. Gorgeous Tropical Getaway

This property is beautiful! The backyard is the kind where you don’t want to leave at all! The pool was clean and a great temperature. It was very relaxing sitting outside with all the palm trees. The home itself is lovely. The beds in particular were very comfortable with soft linens. We would come back here without any question!

Beautiful home in lovely neighbourhood, 10/15 min walking distance to Las Olas for restaurants/coffee shops/bars. Stunning back yard with heated pool. Modern bathrooms. 5 min drive to several excellent supermarkets (Publix/Whole Foods/Fresh Market) We love walking and can walk to Fort Lauderdale beach in 35 minutes past beautiful waterways. My husband and I visited Fort Lauderdale & Miami for our 4 year Anniversary. This home was perfect- clean, well stocked, beautiful decor, great location to beach, pool, BBQ grill, surround sound music, and relaxing quiet neighborhood. Overall, Very nice property. Everything was as advertised with the exception if the heated pool. During the stay I believe the pool was at 85 degrees only one time. Would have loved to know at what times the pool would be heated but that did not take away from the 5 stars this home had. Would definitely stay again when we travel back.
