A fee of 50% of the nightly rate will apply for the additional time. VIDEO SURVEILLANCE DISCLOSURE OUTSIDE OF PROPERTY The Property has a video
surveillance camera placed outside at the front door strictly for protection
against insurance and theft and is not being viewed or monitored and does have
recording storage capability.
NOISE AWARE The property has been installed with a Noise Aware device to
constantly monitors the noise level in our property and it alerts us the host
and the property manager when a certain noise level has reached higher than
the local city ordinance. When host/property manager will get an alert, we
will kindly advise the guest to to keep the noise level in the property to a
minimum to avoid complaints from neighbors and local law enforcement.
