- Escape to Oltre Mare, a beautifully updated waterfront home in the peaceful Harbor Village neighborhood of Pompano Beach. This spacious single-story, 2-bedroom, 2.5-bath home offers approximately 2,500 square feet of comfortable indoor and outdoor living for up to four guests.
Outdoor living is at the heart of Oltre Mare. Relax beside the private heated saltwater pool, enjoy morning coffee overlooking the canal, grill dinner and dine outdoors, or unwind in one of several covered and open-air seating areas. The fully fenced yard offers privacy while the waterfront setting creates a relaxed South Florida atmosphere.
Boaters will appreciate the private 50-foot dock located directly behind the home on a deep-water canal with no fixed bridges to the Intracoastal Waterway. Hillsboro Inlet and the Atlantic Ocean are approximately a 10-minute boat ride away, depending on vessel speed and conditions, making Oltre Mare an excellent home base for boating, fishing, diving and cruising.
Inside, large windows and doors fill the home with natural light and connect the living areas with the pool and waterfront. The open living space includes comfortable furnishings, a 75-inch television with YouTube TV, high-speed Wi-Fi and a dining area overlooking the pool and canal.
The fully equipped island kitchen features quartzite countertops, updated appliances and the cookware and kitchen essentials needed for meals at home.
The primary suite features a king bed, 55-inch HDTV, spacious en-suite bathroom with dual sinks and direct access to the pool and waterfront. The guest bedroom offers a comfortable queen bed, and the home includes two full bathrooms plus a convenient half bath.
