After a fun day of adventure, hang out with your friends and family in the spacious living area and watch a movie or watch a sports game on our 55" Smart TV. It has plenty of light and flows together to create a cozy and inviting atmosphere. The sofa bed is comfy, so you can curl up with a good movie or board game. The sliding door leads out to the covered patio and all the outdoor amenities.
For those nights you want to stay and cook, we have a fully equipped kitchen that is an ideal spot to cook a full-course meal for the entire gathering. It is tastefully designed with stainless appliances including an LG French Door Refrigerator, LG Stainless Steel Top Control Smart Dishwasher, and all the kitchen accessories such as a Nespresso machine for enjoyment. The dining area has a family table is a great place to enjoy a delicious meal together and has window views of the serene neighborhood.
There are 2 bedrooms in the main house. The master bedroom has a queen-sized bed and a 50" Smart TV and an ensuite bathroom. The 2nd bedroom has a queen-sized bed and a 45" Smart TV.
The attached suite has everything you need as a self-contained apartment! The unit has its own entrance from the driveway and has a door that leads to the enclosed area with all the outdoor amenities, like the main house.
A leather armchair, ottoman, and sofa sleeper with a queen mattress are in the living area along with a 55-inch smart TV. There is a fully stocked kitchen with a full-size refrigerator, stove, microwave, and dishwasher. There is also a 4-seater dining table with a complete set of dining and silverware.
The bedroom has a queen-sized bed and a 50" Smart TV. There is a bathroom with a standing shower as well.
This home has the most picture-perfect outdoor space that you could ask for! Step outside and dip in the sparkling heated-salt water pool or gather around in the large backyard with multiple lounge chairs, and an outdoor daybed. You can also relax and have a quick dip in the spa jacuzzi or on warmer nights you can enjoy barbecuing in your own private backyard! All of this to enjoy while listening to your favorite music on the Wi-Fi enabled outdoor sound system through your phone’s airplay function.
This gazebo is the perfect spot for a night of music and fun! It's got lighted corners and a lantern inside, plus a Bluetooth speaker so you can listen to your favorite tunes. It also has mesh netting underneath the privacy covers to keep mosquitos and bugs away. It also comes with a patio dining table that can seat eight people, and it's Wi-Fi enabled so you can use your phone's airplay function to listen to your favorite music. It's a must-see spot!
An ensuite washer and dryer, high-speed WiFi with an internet speed of up to 1 Gbps, and 3 parking spaces at the side of the house in front of the garage are all provided during your stay!

Your pets are welcome to stay with you inside and out. Pet owners are asked to keep after their pet's waste and clean up messes in and out. Thanks!
