This is a private studio cottage situated in a historic South Lake neighborhood in Hollywood Florida. Walking distance to downtown shops markets and cafes and just a 10 min bike ride to the beautiful and famous Hollywood boardwalk and beach.

The studio offers its own parking space and entrance. Inside; it offers a small kitchen with everything you may need for meals. A full bathroom with a shower. Full Murphy bed, cabinet storage, and a designated workstation with an iMac computer. In addition, the space has its own washer and dryer, fence yard, and courtyard for relaxing.

The neighborhood is safe quiet and offers a fantastic park across the street with tennis courts pickle ball basketball ball playground for kids. The beach is a short walk or bike ride away and within walking distance to all the markets and shops in downtown.
