Steps from entertainment, shopping and dining. Minutes from the beach and downtown Ft. Lauderdale. Five star landscaping. Located on a 1/4 acre, corner lot with 6 foot privacy fence and extensive landscaping, allowing you to enjoy back yard and pool in total privacy on a quiet street.

Lot size and privacy sets the property apart from competitors. No worries about intrusive neighbors as you relax by the pool with all-day sun from a South-facing pool. Patio/pool have resort feel. You may also relax in the lovely lanai. Flat screen TV in the living room. WiFi provided. Fully stocked, modern kitchen. Washer/dryer provided, as well as gas grill. Impact-resistant sliding glass doors lead guests to the patio.

Patio area for pool contains four adjustable outdoor chaise lounge chairs. Additionally, an outdoor table with umbrella and five chairs, including three swivel chairs. Beach towels are provided. Further, there are two zero gravity chairs in the garage for use at the beach.

Detergent, bleach and fabric softener provided for the washer/dryer. Dish soap and dishwasher pods also provided.

Publix and CVS are a five-minute drive from the property.

Netflix and Hulu are available for the large screen TV, though no cable TV. Flat screen TV in Master Bedroom

Small, mid-century modern bathrooms.

No parties, events, or gatherings are permissible. No music on back patio that can be heard by neighbors is permitted.

Perfect & Private

My husband and I had a relaxing and comfy stay, and my young nephews loved it too. The pool was perfection and we really enjoyed the backyard privacy. Can't wait to come back.

The house is very clean and comfortable and the backyard is paradise!! We enjoyed the heated pool and the gorgeous landscaping immensely. We would love to come here again.

Very peaceful area, Beautifully landscaped property, Pool is just Awesome! Owen Is extremely responsive and accommodating. Kitchen is very nice and well stocked with Pots pans blender etc. Will definitely bookmark for our next trip!

Amazing house with gorgeous backyard

This was truly a wonderful experience. The house is gorgeous, inviting, and comfortable with an awesome backyard. My family really enjoyed 8 days staying at this property with only 10-15 minutes drive to the beach and downtown Fort Lauderdale. Fun fact about backyard- iguanas and squirrels came to greet us on the first day when we arrived- so much fun watching them while swimming in the pool.. cannot recommend this property enough!!! We will definitely be coming back .

Spacious house in beautiful setting

We had a wonderful 3 day stay in this immaculate roomy home. The owners kindly let us check in early on our arrival day. The heated pool was perfect, & helped us unwind. The home has attractive tropical landscaping on a large lot. We were able to walk to the nearby Publix store for groceries. We could not be more pleased.

Wonderful property and grounds

We had a wonderful stay here, the neighborhood is beautiful and very quiet. The backyard to the property with the pool was amazing! I loved sitting in the pool just watching the birds and squirrels. Everything was clean and comfortable, and working. Beds were superb, comfy chairs and couch, nice kitchen, I don’t have any negatives about our stay apart from we had to leave! We would love to stay here again, thank you to the excellent property manager who checked on us by text and thank you to the owners for a first class property!

This property is more than awesome! The butterfly gardens in both the entrance and the backyard are amazing ...you see dancing butterflies all around this enchanted place next to a Zen garden and a wind chimes. The pool is delicious and spacious!!! The entire house is decorated and it makes you feel at home. The kitchen is very well equipped with all of the implements you need. Couldn´t be more thankfull of the owners and managers attention. I think I'll take them for a drink next time!!!

Lovely Oasis, Perfect for Families

My family had the pleasure of staying at this lovely home. The host, Owen, was very welcoming and responded quickly to any questions I had. The home is situated on a beautifully landscaped property. The lush backyard is gorgeous and surrounds a good sized, salt water pool. The inside of the home is well maintained. The kitchen is well appointed and fully stocked with all the amenities you need to cook: pots, pans, blender, coffee machine, etc. The bedrooms are tastefully decorated and the beds are extremely comfortable; very good mattresses! Owen, the owner, provides guests with the little extras that make a stay more comfortable: beach towels and chairs, dish soap, garbage bags, dishwasher detergent, laundry soap, etc. My family truly enjoyed our stay here. This home is a little gem in Wilton Manors!

A Wonderful Vacation Home with an Exceptional Host

We had the pleasure of staying at this beautiful vacation home in Wilton Manors – and our experience was truly outstanding.The location is ideal: grocery stores, great restaurants, and even the beach are just minutes away. The neighborhood is quiet, clean, and feels very safe – which added a great sense of comfort and peace throughout our stay.The house was spotless and thoughtfully furnished. The outdoor area is a tropical oasis with a lovely pool surrounded by beautiful flowers and greenery. Everything was in excellent condition and made us feel at ease from the beginning.What truly sets this rental apart, however, is the host. On our first day, we had a small request – and Derek responded immediately. He arrived in person within minutes and took care of it on the spot. That kind of engagement and reliability is rare and shows how much he cares about the home and his guests. It was clear to us that Derek takes great pride in providing a high-quality experience. In moments like this, you really see what a great host means.We are two adults traveling with our adult daughter and have spent the past 30 years visiting the US – from the West to East Coast, including many trips to South Florida. We Can't Say Enough..

THIS IS A BEAUTIFUL HOME WITH LARGE, AIRY ROOMS WITH GREAT VIEWS OF THE OUTDOORS. THE KITCHEN AND BED/BATH SUITES ARE WELL STOCKED WITH MOST EVERY UTENSIL AND APPLIANCE. FROM THE HEATED POOL TO THE TRANQUIL BUTTERFLY ZEN GARDEN, WE CAN'T SAY ENOUGH ABOUT THIS GREAT PLACE, WE HAD A GREAT TIME HERE AND WOULD LOVE TO STAY AGAIN! Tropical Paradise.

Beautifully landscaped corner lot with a pool! The house is spacious, clean. Modern appliances. All the conveniences of home. Great, safe, walking neighborhood. Close to many wonderful restaurants. We try to visit twice/year.

Back to my old neighborhood

First trip back to my old neighborhood since 1992 and wow did I pick a great place to stay! Property is clean modern with a beautiful pool within walking distance of Wilton Drive. Owner checked in on us several times to make sure there were no issues. Best Vrbo property I have stayed in to date.

Good location and lovely home

The property manager was very responsive and even replaced the hairdryer when it was noted that it was missing. The property was well decorated, in great shape and perfect for couples. The pool was large and clean. The location was great. While the bathrooms were older and small they were clean and very functional. The mattresses were so comfortable, as was the living room furniture. We would definitely stay here again.
