We now rent out our house in the weeks we, ourselves, are not able to be there. Cozy, single-story house with 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Located in a quiet residential area. It is approximately 3,5 miles to the beach (Pompano Beach)

The house has a large heated pool, florida room (insect-protected outdoor), barbecue, all the amenities like air conditioning, fridge/freezer, stove/oven, microwave, dishwasher, washer & dryer, wireless Internet. Sheets and towels included.

Ann and teds home was amazing and just what me and my friends needed for a get away! The pool was amazing, and the neighborhood was very friendly would definitely stay here again!:)

Perfect family house

I couldn't have been happier with our stay! The house was perfect with having multiple sleeping arrangements and the private backyard and pool was perfect for our family! I almost wish we had another whole week just to enjoy the house and pool more.

Excellent home for a long weekend stay!

This house had everything that was necessary for our five day get away to the beach. Great heated pool and comfortable beds. Quick 15min trip to the beach and the beautiful blue water. Quiet neighborhood and many amenities within 5 minutes. Thanks!

Your home was absolutely beautiful. It was in a quiet neighborhood, everything was accessible, and the pool was amazing. We enjoyed our entire stay and we cant wait until we can visit again. The location was great! House was good. A little dated but had everything we needed to cook and stay there. I would have been nice if there were beach chairs to use to take to the beach. The pool was nice and clean and pool man came during our stay to care for it. Owners were great to deal with. The booking and stay was easy and very nice. I would recommend this house.

Property was as described. We enjoyed the heated pool and outside screened in porch a lot! Only downsides would be lack of pool toys and that the 4th bedroom is in a converted garage and never got very cool. Overall would definitely stay again. Owners were very helpful and responsive!

Great family friendly home with pool!

We stayed for over a month at this lovely home. It had everything we needed. Our kids swam in the heated pool almost everyday. Nice quiet neighborhood with lots of friendly people. Caretaker was very responsive and helpful. The property is as pictured and spacious. We would definitely stay here again!!

Perfect house for us

Wonderful house and for all our family well. We had 6 adults a 4 yr old, 23 month old and 12 month old. They had a pack n play and high chair which was super nice. Kitchen was well stocked with everything we would need. Beds were VERY comfortable. Pool was on the cooler side but we still enjoyed it.

Great Home in Pompano!

From the moment we booked our stay at this home the host was the best! She is so welcoming and accommodating. So is her home. Her home is newly renovated and well done. The pool was an added bonus and we loved being able to jump in anytime we wanted. The neighborhood was nice and quiet and well maintained. We felt very safe there. I highly recommend this vacation home and would definitely stay again should the need arise. Ann was a real lifesaver for us!

Home Away From Home

Ann and Ted are great hosts! Their home is beautiful, clean, and well maintained. We travel 90% of the year and use VRBO for all of our housing needs. Needless to say we have experienced many different cities and properties and I put their house and hospitality in our top 10. I will definitely reach out to them again next time we are in the area.

Amazing home with a beautiful backyard and pool! Spacious, and homey with amazing hosts

This house was absolutely perfect! More then enough space for all of us! The kids room was soo cool with extra toys! The yard and pool were amazing (wish I was still there)! The property was well taken care of and all appliances were new!!! The air conditioning was a lifesaver in the 100 degree weather! Ann was soo quick to answer any questions we had! Will definitely be renting this home again!

Completely enjoy ourselves

This was a great home to stay in. It had everything we needed for a family of 9. We never confirmed all the owner had available and ended up bringing way to much stuff. They had toys for out 3 toddlers and everything else you could ever need. We loved the size of the house and the layout was perfect for all of us. We enjoyed the screened porch and the lovely lit pool. Thank you very much for allowing us to stay and we will certainly look for it again if we ever get back down that way.

House with lots of room and all necessities for the family

All is great but the visitors need to know that beach is not very close by- under 4 miles but through city traffic. Otherwise all was good! Plenty of towels, all kitchen utensils and nice small pool- if you don’t mind cooler water. Ann was extremely easy to contact and the neighbor- Cat- was more than nice and available to help in case of mishap! Pompano Beach is awesome town, far from crazy Miami traffic and on the way from Ft Lauderdale to beautiful beaches/ state parks north from there which we enjoyed to the fullest!

Lovely house in Pompano Beach

Very nice 4BR house with pool in quiet neighborhood. Close to shops, restaurants, beach. Enclosed Florida room with table, chairs an added bonus. Only challenge for our family is the high cabinets as we aren't very tall. But that was a minor issue. Dining room has large table with seating for 8, great for the 7 of us. Very comfortable couch in LR by TV with ample cable stations. And Laundry room has large washer and dryer. All in all, we had a very nice stay in this house. Highly recommended.

Fantastic Long Weekend

6 of us came from Illinois to celebrate my niece's 30th birthday. My niece lives in Tampa and we wanted a different area to stay in and explore. It was wonderful to stay at Ann's place. The beds were super comfortable, the heated pool was wonderful, the house was exactly as pictured and communication with Ann was great. There was work in the neighborhood due to the city replacing storm drains or something and Ann warned us ahead of time so we weren't surprised and the workers were great about any inconvenience driving in the surrounding streets. The neighbors were nice when they were walking their dogs during the day. I would stay at this property again! Thank you Ann and Ted for the lovely long weekend!
