Relaxing 4 Bed 2 Bath Pool Home Mins to the Beach

We have new protocols which we must follow due to covid-19. Please read them below before booking.
- We are now required to have a record of every guest’s legal name and where they are from, for contact tracing purposes.
-The maximum number of guests is 8
- No unregistered guests can be at the property (inside or outside) at any time..
- Any reservation violating local covid-19 guidelines such as gatherings and parties will be immediately canceled without a refund.

We are legally obligated to abide by these rules as per state laws until further notice.

Beautiful and renovated 4 bedroom house with 2 bathrooms located in the prestigious Hollywood Lakes. Enjoy your morning coffee or evening cocktail by the pool. Perfect location for friends and families. Spend some quality time in a residential neighborhood located an 8-10 minute drive to Hollywood beach. Parking for 3 cars max.

The house has:
- Open living, dining kitchen area with a 65" smart TV in the living room
- Fully stocked kitchen
- Master bedroom with king bed, en-suite bathroom and a 50" smart TV
- Bedroom 2 has a queen bed and a 32" smart TV
- Bedroom 3 has a king bed and a 50" smart TV
- Bedroom 4 has a queen bed and a 32" smart TV
- Backyard with BBQ, seating, dining, pool and spa (spa has no blower)
- Laundry room - outside next to the outdoor dining

Absolutely no parties or drugs on the property. Absolutely no smoking inside the property.

This house is equipped with Minut decibel detectors and no parties will be tolerated. This is a residential neighborhood, please be respectful of the neighbors.

Birthday Stay

We stayed here for my husbands 30th birthday. Host was very nice and the location was conveniently near everything. There’s a diner close by that has great French toast. We would definitely stay here again. We come to Miami around this time every year.

House Rental post cruise

Wonderful home for weekend after cruise. Nice quiet neighborhood, convenient to main highway and beach. Nice foam beds, very updated. I would recommend and stay again.
