Wow I finally allowed to leave a review that need to be heard so nobody else is a victim of this property and having money stolen from them so we are in Military/Salon for my family. We always book nice places we look at the property. We read in detail with the property offers and this is not it I didn’t know it was literally a shared property until I mentioned something to the owner and then the owner changed the property description right afterwards I called Verbo about it, but I have screenshots on everything we got there the place smelled like mildew so bad that you can smell from the front door before you open it talk about a fire hazard there’s a tiki hut that is a community area right next to the door and no safety evacuation places to run in case the house catches on fire, but I’m just gonna jump straight to it. They had bedbugs and I know what bedbugs look like from being in the medical film. I pulled the sheet back because Verbo wanted pictures I would have not even went back in the second time unless fubo requested for me to which I’m actually happy I did because I have evidence on everything. They refuse to give us our money back. We were stranded and left to sleep in our car for a night because of the unhygienic property that they are trying to host to people verbal was absolutely no help at all, knowing that they are also supposed to protect the customer and not only the host.
