Little Things all add up…if addressed

The W is a great location.close to the beach and great restaurants within walking distance or a short drive. We had some minor issues with the unit such as; sliding windows and balcony panels very dirty (we cleaned), ceiling fan dirty to the point didn’t turn it on, garburator not working an no sink stop, no toaster (used oven broiler), washer agitator needs replacing and the worst part was the shower head… pins and needles (ouch). All little things but if all remedied, would definitely have added to a more enjoyable experience.

Elevators

Only one elevator was operating for the entire building! Wait time could be over 30 mins! Even the service elevator was not working! It was a huge inconvenience! Loved our room but the kitchen could have been better supplied! Bedroom sliding door was broken. Would definitely book again if things were fixed!

Not what was pictured

My friend and I stayed for 3 nights. When we checked in we were told to contact the host, after texting the number given and not receiving a reply for over an hour, I was finally able to reach someone. After getting access to the room, the first thing we saw was a large hairball on the floor, then we noticed the loud construction noise coming from next door. We then looked out at the view and saw that the construction going on next door completely blocked the view to the ocean. In addition, the ceiling fan was very dirty, the drive water filter light was on and there was an empty water bottle on the patio.
