Mi queja con la propiedad es que en época alta como Spring break deberían atender por lo menos hasta las 12 de la noche, con los problemas actuales en el área de migración del aeropuerto de FLL se complica llegar hasta las 10 pm, llegue a las 11 pm y ya estaba cerrado, hay un número y un mail pero no contestan, en cuanto a expedía mucho peor solo sirven para cobar cuando surge un problema se esconden, se desaparecen, bloquean el chat y es imposible comunicarse para buscar juntos una solucion como les corresponde

This motel was probably the worst place I have ever stayed. The rooms are very dated and extremely dirty with cockroaches frequenting the rooms. The shower controls were basically falling off and the toilet is so close to the wall you have to sit at a 45 degree angle. The internet is very poor and the beds which are advertised as queen size were actually double and very uncomfortable. It was so bad that we had booked for 4 days and had to leave after 2. I contacted Expedia whom I had booked with and they asked me to talk to the manager Andrew. I met with Andrew and although he was mad that I had contacted Expedia at first, we agreed I would pay for 3 nights(only stayed for two) and he agreed to refund me through Expedia for one night. We left the premises and the following day our credit showed up through Expedia as agreed. To my surprise Andrew had charged my credit card for the extra day on the card I had used for the security deposit. Expedia and I both attempted to call Andrew. He hung up on them and I was put on hold for over 1/2 hr. They never did take me off hold This is credit card fraud and my credit card company is challenging this non approved charge. Please be aware when booking this place The website is very deceiving and inaccurate. The reviews on Expedia are also very inaccurate and reflect a much higher rating than what is reality. If looking at this location, please read various reviews from other companies which do reflect the many issues I mentioned

My husband and I were looking for a place that was right on or within steps from the beach. The St. Maurice delivered. The staff was extremely friendly and very accommodating. So for location and service, a 5 star. As for the room, it was clean and had the basics, however if they would put a little money into some small upgrades, it would greatly improve the property. Some things we encountered in our King room with a kitchenette were small curtains that did not actually cover the windows, old dirty looking tile floors, a bathroom door that would not stay shut and could not lock, and a cheap little white shelf/drawer unit that was falling apart (the kind made of particleboard that comes in a box). The bathrooms also come with one ply toilet paper, which I know is cost-effective for them, but there are some cheap 2-plies out there that provide a better quality toilet paper. The kitchenette we had looked pretty new, so no complaints there. The bed was comfortable. The room was clean. While they do not supply a hairdryer in the rooms, you can ask for one for the duration of your stay. They provided nice beach towels that we signed in and out each day. They also have beach chairs that you can sign in and out. As far as those go, again, I think if they would just go buy 20 or 30 nice ones that match, it would be appreciated by their guests. All in all, it was a good experience and I would stay there again.

The room was dirty, the lamp shade next to the bed was stained. The bathroom was from the 1950's. The shower had mold and abandoned shower valves sticking out of the wall. The toilet sat so close to wall your knees hit the wall when using it! Overall the place is very old and dated. The TV was a small 24 inch mounted on the wall where a 65 inch could of fit easily. The only thing good about the place was the location, one block off the beach. The beach chairs they provided where old beat up camping chairs not suitable for the beach. Would not recommend or repeat as a guest.
