Felt very safe at this location. Unit was very spacious. Communication was excellent when I found a broken door on the kitchen cabinet they were going to send someone but I asked if it could wait until we checked out. We would stay here again.

It is an excellent location and the layout is nice. However it did not smell clean, particularly in the common rooms. Perhaps a pet had been there before. Drains in bathrooms need to be fixed

My overall stay was good. However, the shower curtains were dirty, the towels weren’t clean and under the beds weren’t vacuumed. We found things like condom wraps, medications and little trash under beds.

The next door neighbor was playing laud music from 7:00 am - 21:30 o found hear it from the bedroom.

Warning! There is nobody working on-site here from the company - you are completely on your own! Example - on the 3rd day after our arrival, the outside barbecue area was finally stocked with propane, but was promptly locked with padlocks at 7pm - locking people inside that were barbecuing (!). They had to crawl over a fence to get out, because, of course, there is nobody working on-site to help or respond. A very unsafe environment!

This property needs a huge clean it is dirt and grim that has built up over years We had to buy things to try and keep the room somewhat cleen after scrubbing the kitchen and bathroom Lots of loud parties and you can hear your neighbours talking and babies crying in the room next door We stayed for 2 weeks and disappointed and often felt unsafe around the pool area

Overall the property was good for the price. Would like to see the mold and mildew removed from shower and tub. Sent many emails asking about early check in since we got off our cruise in the morning. They never replied.

Waist to money and time

This place was a total disappointment. I decided to book a staycation with my son and his friend for the spring break but this place was a total mistake. The pictures are probably from 20 years ago because it certainly doesn’t look like that anymore. The coffee table foot felt off when we moved the table to open the sofa bed and nobody never came to fix or replace it. No pillow covers, hair stuck to the door of the bathroom, no hair dryer !! Closet doors broken, gym closed for maintenance with no advance notice. Basically I want my money back.

You hope get what you pay for... the outside community property was lovely, well maintained & manicured. HOWEVER, once we stepped into the rental unit, it left a lot to be desired. It appeared to have been very lightly cleaned, there was a buildup of dust/dirt etc on baseboards, water stains on the countertops, door frames were filthy and the unit didn't smell fresh. The bathroom sink & tub drains were almost clogged, making it take forever to drain. The unit desperately needs a deep clean and fresh coat of paint at least. t wasn't an overly pleasant experience, and I definitely wouldn't recommend to friends.
