This secluded neighborhood, just a few minute's walk to the beach, more than 40 different varieties of restaurants to choose from, childrens park, basketball, massage Spas, bakeries, cookie shops, clothing stores, hardware stores, groceries, drug stores, etc. all walking distance from the house

Bright kitchen, overlooking the dining room table that seats 10 comfortably, Savorski Chandelier's set's a romantic mood over the dining table, overlooking the living room.

House fully equipped with dishwasher, washer, dryer, outdoor gas BBQ. The large pool patio and the backyard is perfect for sunbathing which is fully privately gated, there is an outdoor patio dining table, lounge chairs, a perfect beach house vacation home that is located in a very quiet neighborhood.

All of our homes are fully equipped for Moms traveling with Babies, Toddlers providing a crib, changing pads, breast feeding pillow, Bjorn bibs and Bjorn potty training seat and a playpen so baby can be secure, books, toys and a little little kids bike.

This home is next door​ to our other VRBO home www.vrbo.com/1600578 which has been great for large families since each home can not exceed more than 10 people on the property at all times.

All homes are set up perfectly for families and for any travelers looking for the feeling of walking into your own private home. We provide beach chairs, however, if you want the luxury touch of Beach Lounge Chairs and Large Beach Umbrella you can Rent them on the Beach ….chair rental 10:00 am to 5:00 pm yes they accept credit cards.

Amazing!

I have stayed in a lot of properties in LBTS this was by far our favorite. Clean, comfy beds, heated pool, very well stocked kitchen…and the owner was so accommodating and always in touch. My son left his charger and she gladly shipped to us. We will be back!!!

Clean home and great location

We loved our stay. The house was very clean and the location was awesome. Lauderdale by the Sea was really cute. We could walk to the beach and restaurants within 10 minutes.

Nice clean house, private pool, walk to restaurants and beach.

This house is a nice location to beach, Restaurants, and a few shops. The property was very clean, stocked with plenty of towels including beach towels and kitchen items. We enjoyed the pool in the private backyard too. Walking distance to anything you need or a short drive to Ft Lauderdale and more shopping and restaurants.

The house is great for a family stay.

The house description is really accurate. It was very clean upon arrival. The kids really enjoyed the pool. The location is great, close to the beach and surrounded by nice restaurants. The host was very nice too. Definitely recommended!

Did not disappoint!!!

We absolutely loved our stay at this property. Andree was a great host and there for all of our needs. The home is beautiful and was just perfect for our girls trip to Florida. Having the amazing pool was just the icing on the cake. We are looking to make this an annual thing and we will definitely stay here again.

We had an amazing trip! The house was perfect for our group. It was very clean and stocked with everything we needed. The owner was very responsive to any question we had. We enjoyed the pool everyday. The beach was a short walk. We would definitely rent this house again.

Great Thanksgiving stay

We really enjoyed this house. It has everything you need - tons of dishes, pots and pans, etc. We love this location and have rented several houses over the years within a couple blocks. Easy walk to the beach and the strip of restaurants and shops. Though slightly farther, we also walk to Publix. Heated pool is definitely nice to have in the fall and winter. Owner was very helpful.

The house was as described. Super comfortable beds, great pool area, and kitchen is stocked with Everything you need. Owner responded quickly with questions. Short 10 min. Walk to beach. Beach area is now my favorite.
