The fully equipped kitchen and indoor dining room provide everything you need for home-cooked meals, while the outdoor dining area, sparkling pool, jacuzzi, and BBQ space make it ideal for enjoying the Florida sunshine. Challenge your friends to a game of pool, unwind by the tranquil pond, or simply lounge in the expansive, fully equipped patio. With 12 parking spaces, this retreat comfortably accommodates up to 12 guests. Located minutes from Sawgrass Mills Mall, Fort Lauderdale Beach, and Everglades National Park, you’ll find plenty of activities nearby. To maintain the tranquility of our neighborhood, music is only allowed inside the house, and quiet hours begin at 8 PM. We are here to ensure your stay is perfect! Family Vacation

Property is centrally located to airports, shopping, highways and activities. Great communication from host. House is as listed. The house is well designed for a group of 12 where we did not feel confined. Highly recommend Villa Luz Plantation.

Beautiful home in a lovely neighborhood!

I had an overall great stay here at the property!It’s very close to the mall and Jennifer was incredibly responsive to any sort of needs or questions that I had. There are some small nitpicks I had during my stay but I think can be easily resolved the next time someone stays here:1. There’s no microwave at the property. I know it doesn’t have one listed in the amenities but I think it is odd that one (even a simple one) isn’t in the kitchen, which is needed with a small baby. 2. The backyard is very nice but looked like it hadn’t been cleaned/kept up with when I checked in. There was some trash (water bottles and juice pouches) and tall grass and I’m sure a little mowing will get it up to par. 3. The light switches in the home are very confusing and it’s hard to tell what controls what. Some labels would be nice (and also making sure all the lightbulbs are functional).4. The air conditioning is very quirky. You have to run it much lower than you think to get it to really kick on and it can take a bit for it to get moving. It seems to do better at night but that could also be because the sun had set by then too. 5. The oven doesn’t get as hot as you might expect, so you probably have to run it much hotter than needed to get the temperature where you want it. 6. The trash/recycle bins can get full very quickly depending on how many guests you have. The bins were full before we got there but Jennifer had someone come out to get them emptied while we were there.
