"We had a lovely stay! Charlie, the owner, met us in person to give us the key and show us around for an extensive tour so that almost every kitchen appliance and dish was made known to us, (except the electric kettle, which was hiding in a cupboard and worked well!) There is no dishwasher, but we didn't mind washing the dishes we used, and there were also disposable ones. The refrigerator was well-stocked with beverages of all kinds and other groceries, and there were multiple cupboards filled...

"Stay was overall disappoinitng for the following reasons: 1. Cleanliness. This was the biggest issue. The house was not clean. There was a very superficial attempt to clean the house but on closer inspection the bathrooms and kitchens were dirty. I find it hard to believe that this house was cleaned professionally prior to our arrival. 2. This house advertises that it sleeps 12. I couldn't find beds that sleep 12 - maybe 8. The description isn't accurate. FYI, the house has only 2 full...

"This rental was adorable and was very accommodating. Super clean and located in a very cute neighborhood with lots of coffee shops and local restaurants nearby. Really conveniently located near to NYC too! Highly recommend and I would definitely rent this place again.
