This was the worst hotel I have ever stayed at. I will be sending them pictures of the rotted cars, bikes with grass growing through them, filthy floors. And they had the nerve to charge $190 unrefundable for two small 12lb dogs. There were no trash bins in the room and only two pillows. The sheets were filthy. I will be contacting their corporate HQ

Booked thru Expedia. Did not specify that there would be a $50 refundable fee. Staff was very friendly. Especially this one lady who went above and beyond to make sure our stay was great. This was just a weekend for my husband and I to get some quality time away from the kids and it was what it was as far as accommodations go.

DO NOT STAY AT THIS HOTEL! THEY ARE COMPLETELY INCOMPETENT AND FRAUDULENT. THEY CHARGED MY CARD WITHOUT PERMISSION AND IGNORED THE EXPEDIA RESERVATION TERMS. ON TOP OF THAT, THEY ALSO CHARGED MY WORKERS’ CARDS, TOTALING OVER $2,000, WITHOUT AUTHORIZATION. THIS IS A MONEY-HUNGRY HOTEL THAT DOES NOT FOLLOW ANY POLICIES OR PROPER BUSINESS PRACTICES. THEY WILL STEAL FROM YOU IF GIVEN THE CHANCE. BE WARNED AND STAY FAR AWAY!

The check-in was slow and seemingly hard for the employee, I guess this is because it's more of an extended stay place and they're not doing a lot of check-in's. The place wasn't great, Kitchenette with nothing to cook with, no shower curtain, bed basically a cot, but the real problem: Two days later I had a mysterious charge. When I called they said that was the balance for the room after the incidental deposit was added in. The problem... THE ROOM WAS ALREADY PAID FOR ON EXPEDIA! If I had not noticed and called, I would have been double charged. Not OK.

The smell was horrible! It was between pet and grease. A lot people gathering late at night in lobby. Unit was apparently lived in at one point. One bed had all types of hair on the sheets. Greasy and dirty walls. Never again!
