231 Pearl is a beautiful 3 bedroom, 2 bath pool home located on one of the most desirable streets on Fort Myers Beach. The home is just a short walk away from Fort Myers Beach's famous Times Square and the beach, plus a variety of attractions and amenities.

Our 3-bedroom/ 2-bathroom home is perfect for a family or a few friends looking to getaway. The master bedroom has a king-size bed and a private bathroom. Bedroom #2 has a queen bed and bedroom #3 has two twin beds. The kitchen is fully loaded with all the items you need to feel at home. Watch the game on the flat screen in the living room or relax by the pool in your private backyard. Linens are included! We provide all bed linen, bath towels, hand towels and even a set of towels you can take to the beach.

This unit has keyless entry so you can head right to the unit at check-in time. A code will be emailed to you a few days before arrival.

We would like to note that there may still be construction occurring or construction materials near the property as a result of post Hurricane Ian renovations.

This unit is managed by TriPower Vacation Rentals, a professional vacation rental management company located on Fort Myers Beach. Guests are required to sign a Rental Agreement with TriPower to finalize booking.
