New 3-bedroom home with private heated pool, steps to the beach

Enjoy sunny Fort Myers Beach at this new, 3 bedroom home on the northern end of the island. Very short walk or bike ride to the beach or restaurants. Large Master bedroom with king bed and en suite bathroom. Second bedroom has a queen bed and shared guest bath. Third bedroom has two bunk beds (both twin over full). Living room has additional queen sofa bed if needed. Enjoyable amenities such as WiFi, flat screen TVs in living room and bedrooms, heated pool, grill and AC make your stay exceptional. With three bedrooms, a stocked kitchen, washer/dryer, outdoor dining and a cozy living room this property is perfect for families, couples or friends.
