The Space:
Welcome to our Mid-Island beach home retreat. You will fall in love with our updated 3bed/2bath heated pool home which is located on a canal (with boat dock), one home away from the beautiful waters of the Back Bay. Our relaxing Fort Myers Beach property has everything desired for a perfect island vacation. The house is in a quiet neighborhood with wonderful views of the bay. Splash around in a large heated pool or sit poolside and enjoy the outdoor breeze. We have lots of outdoor seating in the shade with ceiling fans or seating to catch some sun rays. Guests can fish off our boat dock in the canal or one home away in the back bay waters. There is lots of wildlife viewing. When entering our property, you are welcomed by a large open floor plan and forty foot screened in lanai overlooking the water.
Our kitchen has all the essentials of home and the dining table has seating for up to 8 people. The living room has lots of space for a large gathering as well as a flat screen TV to entertain the group for a large gathering and a flat screen TV. The screened in lanai is the length of the home, with outdoor seating and comfy couches. The master bedroom has a king size bed and private bathroom. Bedroom #2 has a queen bed and Bedroom #3 has two twins. Each bedroom has it's own TV. There is a large newly updated hallway bathroom. Linens are included! We provide all bed linen, bath towels, hand towels and even a set of towels you can take to the beach.
Our property has WI-FI, washer/dryer in the unit, and many upgrades throughout. The outdoor retreat includes large heated pool, shower, bikes and BBQ. The beach is a 3 minute walk down the street, a very short walk to put your toes in the sand, swim in the Gulf of Mexico and see spectacular sunsets. There are many restaurants nearby and Publix grocery store is within walking distance. The Time Square area is a short trolley ride away. This will be your home away from home so relaxing you may never want to leave.
We would like to note that there may still be construction occurring or construction materials near the property as a result of post Hurricane Ian renovations.
This property is restricted to monthly rentals during peak season (Jan - Mar). Rentals must be from the beginning to the end of the month, multi-month rentals are available. Shorter stays may be available during summer and fall months.
The owner may use the lower unit but is very respectful to the guests and you will have exclusive use of all the amenities including the pool. Dock may be used for fishing or lounging only, NOT to be used for docking boats or skis. Please consider Travel Insurance for unexpected situations preventing travel. Minimum age to rent is 25. NO SMOKING ALLOWED.
This unit is pet-friendly with a 2-pet limit (up to 40 pounds), pets are limited to dogs only. A written request at the time of booking is required to bring any animal, including pets, emotional support animals, and service animals. A non-refundable $200/animal fee applies for pets. The fee will be added to your booking total, with applicable taxes when we receive your Official Animal Request to our email. Additional charges will be added for each unauthorized animal if animals are brought without permission.
This unit has a keyless entry so you can head right to the unit at check-in time. A code will be emailed to you a few days before arrival.
