937 Prescott is a stunning bayside escape that is unbeatable when it comes to morning views! The sunrise on the bay creates pastel skies unlike any other. This beautiful home is walking distance to Times Square downtown area where you will enjoy dining, shopping, street entertainers, Lynn Hall Park, the pier, parasailing, and 7 miles of soft white sandy beach. It's an island paradise.

This three story, 4 bedroom 3 bathroom home has large windows throughout the home allowing views from every angle.

The lower level can be considered the in-law suite as it comes with a full bathroom with a walk-in shower, private bedroom with a queen bed, a small kitchen and a living room with pull out couch.

The main level features two bedrooms, each having a queen bed and a full bath with a shower/tub combo between. The kitchen has gorgeous cabinetry and countertops, stainless steel appliances and all the cookware needed. The living area has plenty of seating for family gathering and a dedicated work space with a beautiful backdrop of the bay.

The top level hosts the main suite, which features a king bed, large bath tub, separate walk-in shower, and a private balcony. You really feel on top of the world!

If you really love wildlife you are bound to see pelicans, zebra fish, manatee and more!

Maximum occupancy is 10 guests. Please inquire before booking if interested in using the boat dock.

This property is pet friendly for dogs up to 30 pounds (~13.5 kilos), with a 2 pet limit. A written request at the time of reservation is required to bring any animal. A non-refundable $200/pet applies and will be added to your booking total, with applicable taxes when we receive your Official Animal Request to our email.

The garage is not assessable for the renters.

$100 cancellation fee for all cancellations outside of our 48-hour grace period. 7-night minimum rental, the minimum age to rent is 25 years old. During the high season we rent from Saturday - Saturday (from Christmas to Easter) This unit has a dynamic pricing plan, prices may vary from day to day.

Perfection: Location, Layout, Luxury

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We stayed with our two toddlers for seven days and would have booked two weeks! Our friends picked us up on their boat right off the dock, we spent every morning in the pool and relaxed in the more-than-comfy living areas. Everything we needed was available plus the home is so well decorated and clean. I want to live there! Nice work, homeowners. We will be back.

NYE Vacation

Great quiet location w easy access to the beach. House is mostly updated but appeared to be under renovation on the entry/lower level. There are only two TV’s - one in master bedroom and one in family room. Lacked in outdoor furniture and the pool was clear but needed to be vacuumed. Trash from previous tenants was not removed until our 5th day there and leftover food items were left in the kitchen. Trashcan in the kitchen was a small bathroom sized container, not reasonable at all for a family of 5. Kitchen amenities overall were just ok.
