Welcome to Bluewaters Vista. This beautiful 1 bedroom 2 bath home features 3 stories of living space. The first floor is an open space outside with a grill, cozy seating, stunning pool, and beach essentials for guests use. The second floor hosts the bedroom with a king bed, balcony with comfortable lounge chairs, washer and dryer, plus an en suite with separate tub and walk-in shower. Take the spiral staircase to the third floor where there is the kitchen and living area, plus additional seating on the balcony. The third floor also has its own bathroom, perfect for guests staying on the sleeper sofa. Lastly, there is a hot tub on the outdoor landing between the second and third floors. Welcome to Fort Myers Beach! There are multiple state parks nearby that are waiting for your adventures. Jump on the trolley to take you south to the secluded Lover's Key State Park or go north to Bowditch Point Park. The Fish Tale Marina offers boat rentals and dockage for those wanting to get out on the water. Travel around the island in style in a rented Moke or golf cart. Trolley service is also available from Estero Boulevard to the Times Square area, the central hub of Fort Myers Beach. Several restaurants, shops, and bars have come back since the hurricane. If a day trip is what you are looking for check out the Key West Express for an unforgettable trip to Key West. Don’t forget to see Sanibel Lighthouse which is less than 15 miles away! Quiet and relaxing

We chose to go during a slow time for area so we could relax and unwind. It was nice having the pool for times when we didn’t feel like going to the beach but wanted to enjoy the sunshine.

Nicely furnished, proximity to beach was great. Clean with the exception of the inflatable hottub on the deck. The pool was a nice feature. A must if in the area, Fresh Catch Bistro-- the food was fantastic and the drinks were really good!

Blue waters vista

We had a great time. Enjoyed riding the bikes and the beach was beautiful. It was nice to not have a crowded beach. Would definitely stay in this area again.

We had a great time and the place was perfect for us. We read at the pool and made use of the many decks for relaxing. The bikes were a pleasant surprise and made commuting great.

November stay

The location and pool were awesome. The property was clean and as advertised. Maybe due to the recent storm, the bikes were unusable and the hot-tub didn’t work during our stay. The construction noise was extremely loud, but I can’t complain about that, as the area is clearly struggling to recover. The construction didn’t impact our stay. We utilized the chairs and walked to the beach daily, as well as to time square for dinner. The pool was a fantastic addition.

Loved location, quiet neighborhood. Steps at house give you a workout, but good exercise. Pool was very refreshing after a day at the beach. Beach cart, chairs and umbrella were a lifesaver on those warm-sunny days.

Perfect home for a couple

My fiancée and I very much enjoyed our nine night stay. Unique one bedroom home had everything we needed, including a short three minute walk to the beach. It had the necessary hot tub, which I learned to operate when I found the manual online, along with a great swimming pool setting. The home certainly met all our expectations.

Wonderful until Hurricane Ian

This property was beautiful and exactly as advertised, if not better. Also loved the area and people were so friendly. Unfortunately, we had to evacuate after 2 days due to Hurricane Ian and were not able to return. If God willing, Fort Myers rebuilds and Bluewater Vista is still standing we would love to come back at a later date and stay there again.

Great Location & Home

My husband and I came to Florida with our daughter to celebrate our 15th anniversary. It was a beautiful home with awesome views. The kitchen is great to cook in. We really enjoyed ourselves. The house is in a great location because it’s within walking distance to the beach as well as close to all kinds of restaurants. Also, the beach cart made it very nice to take chairs and an umbrella to the beach. The screened in porches were very nice as well. We will definitely be back to Fort Myers Beach.

The property is beautiful and has everything one could wish for. - hot tub, pool, well stocked kitchen, etc. I have to mention that the interior passage from the middle floor (bedroom) to the top floor ( kitchen) is a tight spiral staircase, which is not for everyone. The other option is a set of stars on the outside. You”ll be on the stairs a lot. Fort Myers Beach itself isn’t back from the hurricane of two years ago -no restaurants or shops were open, and the Publix closes at 7pm. - but the beach is absolutely beautiful. We were the only people within eyeshot two of the days we were there. Great value for a great rental!

Darling house a block from the beach with a pool

My husband and I stayed for a week in February and this house was more than we expected. It had all the amenities we could have asked for and more including two bikes (a bit old but they did the trick). The pool had floats and nice chairs and tables and umbrellas. There was a cart and two chairs and umbrella foe the beach. The house was extremely clean and just lovely. The only thing I would say is there is a wi ding staircase going from the first floor to the second on the interior that could be a bit tricky if you have issues with stairs;however there is outside access. All and all a wonderful little house. Loved it and will stay again.

We enjoyed staying here, but the beach wagon that was supposed to be included with the house was not there when we arrived. We contacted the management company the next day, but didn't actually receive the wagon until 4-5 days later. Not a huge deal, but we did plan to use that wagon to haul everything to the beach that was within walking distance. and that's part of the reason we chose this house. On the days that we didn't have the wagon, we ended up driving to the beach and then had to pay for parking.

Vacation 2022

Zum entspannten Teil unserer Urlaubsreise zog es uns ins Schöne Ft Myers Beach in das oben genannte Haus, wir hatten während unserer Buchungsphase schnell dieses Haus ins Auge gegriffen und auch nicht bereut, es ist wirklich schön und nah am Strand. Sauberkeit 4/5 in einigen Ecken lagen Büsche von Haaren und die Poolarea sah auch genutzt aus welches aber schnell durch uns in Ordnung gebracht wurde. Check in 5/5 Ja war sehr einfach Genauigkeit 5/5 alles beschriebene war vorhanden. Kommunikation 3/5 die Antworten kamen zwar sehr schnell beantwortet wurde jedoch nicht alles, sodass wir auf eine wichtige Frage (bikes an der Unterkunft) bis heute nichts erfahren haben. Lage 5/5 ca 300m bis zum Strand hat sich sogar für nur mal kurz ins Wasser springen gelohnt. Zum Timessquare dauerte es zufuß etwas lange mit dem Rad (welche wir durch die Nachbarn bekommen hatten) ging es sehr flott. Gesamtbewertung 5/5 würde ich gerne wieder buchen.

As advertised - great location

We arrived to find the house exactly as advertised in the pictures. It was very clean and modern - with all of the accessories we needed. Plenty of seating outdoor on all of the screened in patios/porches as well as by the pool. It was within walking distance (about 15 minutes) to all of the Ft. Myers beach restaurants/shops and there is also a free trolley that runs every 15 minutes or so. Check in/out was easy - just entered a code to unlock the door. The rental company was very responsive when we asked for an Iron/ironing board. They dropped off a brand new on within the hour. Plenty of dishes, pots/pans, coffee maker/coffee press, automated ice maker/water on the fridge. It had everything we needed. Even a small outdoor fridge on the first landing just a few steps from the pool. We will definitely be staying here again and will make this one of our annual trips. We couldn't have been happier with everything.
