Get the full Fort Myers Beach experience when you stay in this cute 2 bedroom, 3 bath home! Located just across the street from beach access (#31, less than a 5 minute walk), this home features 3 levels of living space. Enjoy a full kitchen, spacious living area and full bathroom with a shower/tub combo on the main floor. Up the first set of stairs you will find one bedroom with a queen bed, the other full bathroom with a walk-in corner shower and double doors that lead out to the large deck. Up the final set of stairs is the loft with bunk beds. There are tons of restaurants, bars and shops within walking distance. Just a little over a half a mile walk to Times Square!

Old Florida Beachy Quaintness

The house was cute and beachy. Loved the character. There were some issues but none that will be mentioned. I contacted the rental company and they called the owner. Every item was taken care of beyond expectations. I appreciate the owner caring about her house and us having a great 3 week stay.

Not a relaxing stay

We arrived to find some items (coffee pot and fridge) were not cleaned. Then we were told a new dishwasher install had to be done on our second day. The bedrooms do not cool off even with ac on. We had to set up a fan for second floor bedroom blowing from outside the room to fix this. The third floor room was too hot and the ceiling fan just seemed to make it more breezy than comfortably cool. Two nights in a row two different smoke detectors went off all night. We were all lacking sleep, not a restful stay honestly. Wasn’t offered anything to compensate for the two nights of interrupted sleep and the hot rooms make it hard to sleep through the night also.

Outside not cleaned up

The inside of the house was clean however the outside was not. patio furniture is old and not in good shape. There was a hold heater sitting on the porch and the grill was unusable. The rooms upstairs are extremely warm.

Location, location, location!

We had an incredible vacation on Fort Meyers Beach! The location of this house is fantastic! Close enough to walk everywhere for beach, food, and entertainment! The house was equipped with 4 beach chairs, an umbrella, 4 beach towels and a cooler with wheels. The check in/out process was incredibly easy and the house was cozy! We will definitely come back!

Perfect Location

Very close to Ft Myers beach entrance and walking distance to Downtown Ft Myers Beach bars and restaurants. Great location, clean house, would definitely stay again!

Couples Get Away

This property was perfect for our stay. We liked that it was on a private, quite street but also a short walk to beach’s access. The checkin/out process was easy. And additional amenities were provided that were not on the list like a crockpot and coffee pot. We also loved that it’s pet friendly! We drove and brought our golden doodle! I think he had more fun than we did!

GREAT LOCATION

The location was perfect! Everything about the house was good! Only issue we had was the third floor bedroom was hot and the second floor bedroom was also hot and the a/c unit in second floor had a sign do not use. So that was our only complaint with our stay! Everything else was great!

Great house not far from the beach

Great location! Only a couple minutes walk to the beach and to the square. We flew into Fort Myers so it was nice the house had beach towels and other household items already there for use. Would definitely recommend and would stay there again.
