Bring dinner to your rear deck and leave a little time to watch the pond and preserve beyond the shared pool. Diamond Murex gives a beach week its own place to pause, less than two blocks from the sand.

Three bedrooms and three bathrooms welcome ten guests, with a king, queen, two full beds and two twin folding floor cushions. Enjoy an equipped kitchen, two private decks and in-home laundry. Stairs are required; the pool and backyard are shared with Pearl.

The Space:
Open the wide sliding doors, bring dinner onto the rear deck and let the pond and preserve become the backdrop to your evening. Diamond Murex connects the kitchen, dining and living spaces to a private outdoor deck above the shared pool.

This is one elevated side of a duplex, with three bedrooms and three full bathrooms. A king bed, queen bed and two full beds provide four regular beds. Two twin folding sleeping cushions add floor-level sleeping space for a maximum of ten guests.

The beach is less than two blocks away. Spend the morning on the sand, return for a swim and finish the day at your own deck table. The pool and backyard are shared with guests in Pearl, the neighboring side.

SLEEPING ARRANGEMENTS
The main living level has a queen bedroom and one full bathroom. The upper level holds the king bedroom and a second bedroom with two full beds. Two additional full bathrooms serve the upstairs rooms.

Two twin folding sleeping cushions are stored in the king bedroom’s walk-in closet. Linens are provided. These are floor-level sleeping places, not two extra framed beds or another bedroom. The maximum occupancy is ten guests.

BATHROOMS & EVERYDAY COMFORTS
There are three full bathrooms, including the king ensuite. The king ensuite and upper bathroom show tub/shower combinations; the main-level bathroom has a walk-in shower in the gallery.

The bedrooms have televisions, and a full-size washer and dryer are in the home. Plan for one flight of stairs to the main entrance and another to the upper bedrooms.

KITCHEN & LIVING
Prepare breakfast before the beach or a meal to share outside. The equipped kitchen has appliances, cookware and dishes. The open dining and living areas keep the cook part of the conversation, with a 75-inch living-room TV for a quieter evening.

A workspace beside the kitchen gives one guest somewhere to catch up on emails or plan an outing. Roku guest mode is available; use your own streaming accounts according to the arrival instructions.

DECK DINNERS & SHARED POOL TIME
Four-panel sliding doors open onto your private rear deck, with outdoor dining and a grill. The smaller front deck offers another place for a morning coffee or a book.

Stairs lead down to the heated pool and backyard shared with Pearl. Loungers, pool floats and seating give guests places to pause between swims. The adjoining pond and pool are water hazards; supervise children and exercise caution around both.

BEACH & ARRIVAL EXTRAS
Backpack beach chairs and beach towels are provided. Your side has driveway/carport parking for up to four vehicles in tandem. Street parking is not available.

This booking includes Diamond only. Pearl is a separate rental; the combined listing is for groups wanting both homes and private use of the pool.

Guest Access:
You have private use of Diamond’s three bedrooms, three bathrooms, kitchen, living and dining spaces, workspace, laundry and two decks. Your driveway/carport accommodates up to four vehicles parked tandem.

The heated pool and backyard are shared with Pearl. Stairs are required to reach the main entrance, upper bedrooms and pool. Pearl’s interior is not included in this booking. Exercise caution near the pond and bridge.

The Neighborhood:
Diamond Murex sits on a residential cul-de-sac in Fort Myers Beach, less than two blocks from the beach. Shops and dining are within walking reach, while the rear deck looks toward the pond and nature preserve.

Pack the beach chairs for a morning on the sand, choose a nearby meal or return to the deck when an evening at home sounds right.

Getting Around:
Free Island tram stops one block away for easy transportation. Service goes from 8am-11:30pm daily.

A tram should come by approximately every 15-25 minutes depending on traffic

Other Things to Note:
This is an elevated duplex home. Stairs lead to the main entrance, upper bedrooms and pool. The pool and backyard are shared with Pearl. Two twin folding floor cushions are additional sleeping places beyond the four regular beds.

Pets, smoking and parties are not allowed. The booking guest must be at least 25 and present throughout the stay. Respect quiet hours of 10 PM–8 AM. Pool hours are 8 AM–10 PM.

Parking is limited to four vehicles tandem, with no street parking. The pool and adjoining pond are potential water hazards. Check-in begins at 4 PM and check-out is at 10 AM. See the complete rules and arrival instructions.

Interaction with Guests:
Check in/out are self-service. Co-hosts are available by text message.
