There is rebuilding being done at this property along with all of the properties around this one. The location is at the southern point of the island and there is only a CVS within walking distance. There is a Publix about 2.5 miles away. Traffic getting off of the Northern point of the island is a disaster. We did most of our travel to points South to avoid it. If you are looking for solitude and not a lot of people, this is your place. The condo was clean and we enjoyed the views! The property's pool was not open, but it looked ready to be opened. We enjoyed the easy beach access - we spent a lot of time there. The beach is fantastic! We really did enjoy the rest and quiet. We would like to go back in a few years to see what has been added and changed.
