  • 7 night minimum stay Thank You for looking at my condominium, located directly on Fort Myers Beach. The balcony directly faces the Gulf, beautiful sunsets are free!
    We are located on third floor. You can see more detail at this height without binoculars.
    Direct Gulf-front - all photos of the Gulf views were taken from our condominium.

    Short walk, about 100 feet, across the lawn to the beach

    One Bedroom Efficiency (similar to a suite at an upscale hotel).

    Brand New Sony 65 inch television. free Netflix too!

    A Sleep Number (What’s your number) King Size Bed – guaranteed the most comfortable bed you will ever sleep on…

    We have a Bosch dishwasher with a sanitizing option. This is an amenity other condominiums may not have.

    We have an automatic ice maker in the new french door refrigerator. This is an amenity other condominiums may not have.

    A hair dryer is provided. Little things like this mean a lot when you are traveling.

This place was truly paradise!! The view of the gulf as soon as you walk in the door. Everything you would possibly need is there at the condo. Cliff and Carolyn were responsive and friendly. My husband and I will definitely be staying here again.

Couldn’t have asked for a better host and nicer condo to stay in during our vacation! We’ve been to Ft. Myers several times and this was the nicest condo we have stayed in. It came with all of the amenities that we needed to make for a fun and easy beach day! Cliff makes sure you have everything you need and more! We will definitely be staying here again when we come back next time!

Awesome condo! Beach views and sunsets from the balcony were beautiful. Great amenities: beach chairs/towels/umbrellas and wonderfully stocked kitchen. It was definitely paradise!

Well appointed condo just steps from the Gulf waters. Quiet area of Fort Myers Beach with wide sidewalks for daily walks. The kitchen had all of the needed appliances and utensils. Looking forward for another future visit!

Condo set up with everything needed for a beach vacation. Wagon, chairs, umbrella and coolers make enjoying beach time so convenient. Very clean, and updated condo. The best balcony overlooking the beach, and nightly sunsets!

This unit had an excellent view of the ocean from the balcony and windows, was clean, updated and comfortable, and included so many extra amenities to make my stay enjoyable. I especially appreciated the full length beach chair, beach umbrella, and a wagon to carry it all. The kitchen was also modern and fully stocked with cookware, etc. I definitely intend to rent from Clifford and Carolyn again.

This is our new place to stay when we come back to FMB. It's a lot more quiet on the south end, which was exactly what we needed. The beaches are also nice. The condo has everything you need for the beach too! If you get a rental car, dont take it to Times Square. The price to park is extremely expensive. Ubar is the way to go. Thank you for our wonderful host. Much appreciated for this gem!!

The perfect getaway

We had a wonderful stay at this beachfront condo! Perfect view, quiet location on the island, beautifully decorated and very well stocked. Cliff really thought of all the little extras and comforts of home! We were very appreciative of how well he communicates prior to, during and even after our stay! I highly recommend this condo and look forward to staying here again in the future!

What an amazing trip

We loved our stay here - Clifford is an amazing property owner and host. Very communicative and he provided us with so many touches like the beach wagon, beach umbrella, beach chairs - it really made our stay so much better. He also provided great restaurant and day trip recommendations like Doc Ford’s Seafood for example. The area is recovering well from the hurricanes but Cliff’s place is completely in good shape.

Christmas Getaway

We thoroughly enjoyed and appreciated the beautiful condo, especially the view! The condo is stocked with everything needed to enjoy your vacation. Our host even ordered a new beach buggy to carry our supplies to the beach! We have stayed at multiple condos over the years and this is the best one by far!!

A week in paradise

Cliff’s place was exactly what we were looking for. Private, stocked with just the right things to make our vacation perfect - beach chairs, towels, beach cart, binoculars for dolphin watching, portable speaker for music at the beach…. It was all there. Bed was very comfortable and entire condo complex was well kept and well maintained. Cliff was a wonderful and attentive host. We look forward to our next trip!

The beach views and weather were good. I have bites from sand fleas and I am being treated by PCP. At present, I am miserable, lots of pain. I don’t plan on returning.

Best VRBO Experience ever!

Could not of asked for a better host! Cliff is amazing and his communication is top notch! Condo is a perfect slice of Paradise. Our vacation was impacted by Hurricane Helene, and Cliff was on top of everything! The balcony is the perfect spot for enjoying morning coffee, watching the dolphins and breath taking sunsets! Extremely clean and filled with all kinds of amenities. A perfect home away from home! We will be back! Thank you Cliff for sharing your paradise with us!

Fantastic beacfront condo

There is a perfect beachfront view with a comfortable high top table and 2 chairs on the balcony. The condo is nicely decorated in a comfortable beach theme. The bed is extremely comfortable. We felt like we were sleeping in our own bed. The towels ware a very good quality. The kitchen is stocked with quality dishes and tableware. There is a choice of standard coffee pot or the pod type. There is even plastic wrap, aluminum foil, salt & pepper and a few other necessities.There are beach chairs, umbrellas and a wagon for our use. It is the nicest studio condo we have stayed in. We did not want to leave. Unfortunately, hurricane Milton caused a mandatory evacuation. The host kept us informed along the way and is great to work with. Our plan is to book this condo again in the future.

My new second home

We loved staying at Cliffs condo on Form Myers Beach. It’s a cozy nook of paradise. The beach is the perfect size just like the condo. Beautiful views. Birds galore. My wife loved watching the dolphins while she drank her coffee every morning. We will be going back.
