This ground-floor apartment sleeps four with a king memory-foam bed and queen sleeper sofa. Enjoy the shared heated pool, game room and free laundry, plus an equipped kitchen and two tandem parking spaces. No pets.

The Space:
Choose your porch seat and let the morning unfold. Island Sunshine's private screened lanai overlooks the shared heated pool, so your coffee break can turn into a swim without much planning.

The bright living area opens to the porch and brings the kitchen, dining table for four and sofa together. Beach Access #23 is one block away, and shared chairs and wagons help you carry the day's essentials.

When you feel like a little friendly competition, the shared game room has ping pong, foosball and darts. A king bedroom and queen sleeper sofa welcome up to four guests.

SLEEPING ARRANGEMENTS
The private bedroom has a king memory-foam mattress, cotton sheets and room-darkening window coverings. Draw the shades after a day outside, watch a favorite show on the bedroom Smart TV and let the evening settle into a slower pace.

A dresser and closet provide room to unpack. The living-room sofa opens into a queen bed for two additional guests, bringing the apartment's total capacity to four. The sofa bed is in the living area, separate from the king bedroom.

BATHROOM
The apartment has one full bathroom with fresh towels, body wash, shampoo and conditioner. Keep the beach bag light and freshen up before dinner. The bathroom belongs to this apartment's guests; it is not a community bathroom for the building.

KITCHEN & LIVING
The open living area connects the kitchen, dining table for four and sofa, so breakfast preparations can stay part of the conversation. The kitchen includes a full-size refrigerator, range, microwave, dishwasher, garbage disposal, cookware, utensils and place settings.

Bring a meal to the table or settle into the living-room seating for a show on the Smart TV. Wi-Fi is available for staying connected during your trip.

YOUR PRIVATE PORCH
The screened lanai is private to your apartment and has seating for four beside the shared heated pool. Start with coffee in a porch chair, return with a book between swims or enjoy the evening air without leaving your own sitting space.

SHARED POOL & PLAY
Step from the lanai toward the heated pool, with loungers for time between swims. The pool and its surrounding facilities are shared with other guests. Two community propane grills give you another option for dinner outdoors.

The shared game room has ping pong, foosball and darts for a little friendly competition. Two free washers and dryers are available in the shared area, and shared beach chairs and wagons help with the one-block trip to Beach Access #23.

ARRIVAL
Two assigned tandem driveway spaces are provided. Enter through the side door to the game room, with a coded smart lock for check-in. This ground-floor apartment sits on a quiet dead-end street with a nature preserve at the end of the road.

Guest Access:
You have private use of the ground-floor apartment and screened lanai. The heated pool, game room, grills, beach equipment and laundry are shared with other guests.

Two assigned tandem parking spaces are provided in the driveway. Enter through the side door to the game room and use the coded smart lock.

The Neighborhood:
Island Sunshine sits on a quiet dead-end street just off Estero Boulevard, with a nature preserve at the end of the road.

Beach Access #23 is one block away, about a five-minute walk. Restaurants, shops and island activities are nearby, giving you plenty to explore between porch time and pool time.

Getting Around:
Free Island tram stops one block away for easy transportation. Service goes from 8am-11:30pm daily November -April A tram should come by approximately every 30 minutes depending on traffic

Other Things to Note:
The pool, game room, grills, laundry and beach equipment are shared.

Quiet hours and pool closure are 10 PM–8 AM. Pets are not permitted. Smoking and parties are not allowed. Only registered guests may use the premises, and the minimum booking age is 30. The booking guest must be present at check-in.
