I felt like there isn’t much for children to do, the pools being on the other side of the street along with the two restaurants was a challenge for anybody with a stroller, a wheelchair or any of that. When you look at the resort itself when booking, it doesn’t literally show you that it’s across the street. It appears all be in one area and it is not. The guys and girls in the valet were the best part of the resort. They were wonderful very helpful and very polite. The front desk people had to say hello. How are you today because they did not address me at all. The ladies in the gift shop were very responsive and very helpful. There were a lot of conflicts on pricing as far as the menu and as far as parking parking some $20 some signs say $25. We have stayed at several Margaritaville’s and by far this was probably the biggest disappointment. Having my grandchildren and my parents come visit us while we were there was challenging because it was in two different locations. My dad is in a wheelchair and we have four grandchildren under four so we needed two strollers. Overall, the interior of the resort was well kept the patio area and bars were always clean.
