This property is restricted to monthly rentals. Rentals must be from the beginning to the end of the month, multi-month rentals available. Mid-month arrival or departure must be approved prior to rental. The minimum age to rent is 25.

There is a $100 registration fee for guest party to be registered with the Ocean Harbor association.

This property is on a physical key. You will need to pick up keys at our office at 2001 Estero Blvd. Fort Myers Beach to gain access to this property.
