The outdoor space will be one of your favorite things you love about this home. For your convenience, we have beach essentials for you to use that we keep stored in the garage. After a fun day outside watch a movie in the spacious living room. The master bedroom has a king bed and access to the screened balcony, guest bedroom 1 has a king bed, and guest bedroom 2 has a full over full bed with a twin trundle, making this home sleep 9 comfortably. Welcome to Fort Myers Beach! There are multiple state parks nearby that are waiting for your adventures. Jump on the trolley to take you south to the secluded Lover's Key State Park or go north to Bowditch Point Park. The Fish Tale Marina offers boat rentals and dockage for those wanting to get out on the water. Travel around the island in style in a rented Moke or golf cart. Trolley service is also available from Estero Boulevard to the Times Square area, the central hub of Fort Myers Beach. Several restaurants, shops, and bars have come back since the hurricane. If a day trip is what you are looking for check out the Key West Express for an unforgettable trip to Key West. Don’t forget to see Sanibel Lighthouse which is less than 15 miles away! Please note that the area is currently rebuilding after Hurricane Ian. Despite the changes, the island continues to get better and better, inviting you to bask in the sun, sand, and amazing sunsets once again. A rental agreement that is required to be signed, will be emailed to you at the time of booking and needs to completed within 24 hours of the time of booking the reservation. You must be at least Twenty-Five Years old (25yrs.) and occupy the unit for the entire time of the reservation. We do not rent to groups of singles under 25. The maximum occupancy of people over the age of Three years old (3 yrs.) is listed on the website for each unit and is strictly enforced. We reserve the right to determine the number of children under Twenty-one (21) years of age that may be accompanied with a parent or guardian.

Contactless Check-in. A signed rental agreement is required at the time of booking to confirm the reservation. You will receive your lock code and check in instructions in your guest portal and by email 7 days prior to your arrival. Please call with any questions. Check-in time is after 4:00 p.m. Please notify everyone in your party.
