Within walking distance to Time Square, pier, restaurants, great shopping, and entertainment. This is a two bedroom, two bathroom unit, with a spacious back balcony with stunning views and a shared pool. The master bedroom has a queen size bed with a private bathroom and the spare bedroom has two twin beds. There is also a murphy bed located in office area near the front door with a full size bed, allowing a max occupancy of 6 guests.

There is a $100.00 fee for all cancellations outside of our 48 hour grace period.

This property is restricted to monthly rentals. Rentals must be from the beginning to the end of the month, multi-month rentals available. Mid-month arrival or departure must be approved prior to rental. The minimum age to rent is 25.

This property is on a physical key. You will need to pick up keys at our office at 2001 Estero Blvd. Fort Myers Beach to gain access to this property.
