Perfect location! Such a cute property. Check-in was awesome as the lady was giving us so many recommendations. Loved being able to use their lounge chairs for the beach everyday and being so close to the water. All the popular bars and restaurants are within 10 min walking distance. Definitely would stay again.

On the positive side, overall, the property is very well located, so being so close to the beach and other outside amenities was a plus. Also, the studio suites have the essentials, which was nice. The negatives were the extremely noisy air conditioning unit in the room, which made sleeping almost impossible, and the very rude and noisy crowd that took over the pool area and made it impossible for other guests to enjoy.

No air conditioning in my suite never was fixed
I paid for 2 queen size suites and the one suite I had room number 207 , the air conditioner was not working and it was over 80 degrees in there, the maintenance came up 2 times but it never got fixed, it blew warm air. The 5 people in that room had to stay in 206 with the rest of us, so there was 9 people in one room. I told the front desk person the next morning , and he was rude and told me it had been fixed, then he sent another maintenance man up , and he was very friendly, and he said it is broken it is hot in here. I told the front desk that I don’t think I should have to pay for the room, or st lease get half off because it got used only for 2 showers. He said no and then told me I could have a free 2 hour later check out. We have been coming to the Neptune for 10 years, and I was very disappointed. I feel I should of at least been offered half off the nightly rate. The pool area needs to be monitored better as well, people were in the pool eating hamburgers and drinking , food was spilling in the water , many employees walked by and nobody said anything. I won’t stay there anymore , it used to be a very well run place .

What I liked about this property was location and how convenient the beach was on site. What I disliked was customer service. Checking in took about 30 minutes and the receptionist did not explain to the growing chek in line on why it was taking to long. Although my room looked clean the carpet was ripped up also the comforters were to due to other guest with there animals. Guest that don't have animals shouldn't be in rooms that clearly other animals have been in. I couldn't be barefoot because of dog hair getting stuck in my foot. The couches also have a little smell to it.
