Super convenient to the restaurants near the north bridge. Trolley service along the boulevard is available to transport you to Times Square, with all of its restaurants, clubs, and night life.

The property has a fantastic ambient evening lighting that leads to the property entrance. The nicely furnished living area has comfy sofa, and TV's with streaming. Dining area finds a dining table and a well equipped kitchen. Everything is available that you would need to cook daily dinners, or simply make a pot of coffee in the morning.

There one beautifully decorated bedroom hosting a king size bed, closet, and plenty of dresser space! The living room offers a Queen sleep sofa to accommodate up to 4 total guests!

The unit has a private washer and dryer. There's a propane grill that is shared. All lower levels have evening ambient lighting and privacy lattice work surrounds this area. You'll also find parking space accommodating 1-2 vehicles.

There are many restaurants and shops a short drive north across the bridge towards south Fort Myers. The same is true if you drive south towards Bonita Beach. Water activities abound with fishing charters, scuba and snorkel adventures, jet ski rentals, para-sailing, etc. Fort Myers, Bonita Springs and Naples are all modern cities with plenty of shopping, dining and sightseeing to experience. The South West International Airport in Fort Myers is close by for convenience as well.
