Guests have access to everything inside the home, with the exception of the owner's locker and tools in garage (locked in tool chest). Included in the rental of this home are 2 bikes, beach gear, a propane grill, high speed Comcast internet, and all of the amenities/appointments one would expect with a rental of this caliber. Pool heated to 85 degrees during Winter months.
The Neighborhood:
Located in a secluded and highly desired locale of South Fort Myers, known as Winkler Extension, this pool home is closely situated to numerous beaches, golf courses, restaurants, and shopping venues. The community of Woodgate Estates is both secluded and private, with this particular home affording guests one of the most desired locations within the neighborhood, at the edge of the Cul-de-Sac situated in the back of Woodgate Estates.
