Main entrance access on Edison Dr. Parking lot entrance on Edison Dr and First St. You may pay on any of the three levels at no charge.
This ultra-modern high-rise building is located in the Historic River District area within Downtown Fort Myers. It overlooks the Caloosahatchee River and has quick access to US-41, I-75, MLK Jr Blvd, as well as Public Bus Transportation. This makes it easy for you to reach the best destinations in town, including Florida Repertory Theatre, JetBlue Park, Fort Myers Yacht Basin, FGCU, Lee Memorial Hospital, various restaurants and retailers (within walking distance).

Before you arrive you are required to complete guest verification through a third-party provider TRUVI. This is done to ensure we are keeping up-to-date with short-term rental regulations as well as providing both our guests and our properties with extra protection. if you want to be a part of old downtown fort myers this is your place the night life of first street is just outside your door. the apartment has all you need clean and great location
