Please note there is no elevator. A designated parking spot in the parking garage behind the building is included. Downtown Fort Myers and the River District feature many unique art galleries, restaurants, bars, and boutiques! This loft exudes a truly unique atmosphere that you just cannot find in a new building!

We had a long term stay in Fort Myers and this loft was perfect! The location was great for restaurants and walking around. The apt comes with a parking space which is key as the are can get busy on weekends. The apartment itself is well thought out and had everything we needed for a 6 week stay. Highly recommend!

My wife and I had a wonderful two-month stay in this condo while I was working in downtown Ft. Myers. It is a big condo, with an upper loft that adds a lot of room. The furniture is comfortable. Although there is not a full kitchen, there are enough countertop appliances that cooking is not a problem.There was good communication from the owner, and it was easy to get any repairs we needed.The location is wonderful, and the street has many good restaurants. On weekends, there are often vendors and live music.
