"Located in old town Dubrovnik, the hotel is within walking distance to all the sights. The staff was very helpful. They helped us with providing directions to sights, kept our luggage with them when we went away for a couple of days to other towns, and carried our luggage up to our room (one to the 4th floor and then the 1st floor (on our second visit) - as there is no elevator available (as it is a heritage property and structural changes are not allowed). The breakfast was excellent and arrived at the time we had requested to our room (the hotel does not have a dine-in place). We felt the hotel was expensive, but that may be a small price to pay for the location it is at."

"Tomas was excellent about communicating with us before check-in. He arranged for Ana to have our room available so we could drop off our bags early. Ana was kind-- and strong! She carried both of our bags up the stairs . The room was spacious and very clean. The double windows kept the noise out. It was quiet despite being next to the Hard Rock. The location was ideal - just inside the Pile Gate entrance. If we were to return to Dubrovnik, we would choose to stay here again."

"I only stayed for one night. Pros: Hostel is in great location, I had a nice check in experience, cleanliness was good, not many toilets/showers available but never had to wait. Cons: there aren't any comfortable common areas to chill, kitchen area is pretty small and just a few uncomfortable seating spaces and for the terrace there's only a couple of old benches and it feels like they're going to fall apart. Beds are narrower than a twin size. Lockers are small, my regular sized backpack didn't fit in them. In conclusion it is a decent place to stay for one night but probably not for longer."
